Please note that is states "If Mossbridge Toll would be Destroyed, regenerate it." that means it sets a triggered ability on the stack which is also able to be countered such as by Stifle, Voidlime, or Trickbind. Also as stated about it is vulnerable to abilities that do not allow regeneration such as Damnation, Wrath of God, Terror.

No, that's a replacement ability. Otherwise it wouldn't work (the Troll would be in the GY when the trigger resolved).

It's not a triggered ability, it's a replacement effect. That means that it can't be countered by Stifle and the like.
Indestructible means: If lethal damage or a "destroy" effect would destroy this card, instead it doesn't.
To regenerate means: Instead of being destroyed by lethal damage or a "destroy" effect, tap this creature, remove it from combat, and remove all damage from it.
As stated, the main difference is that a Terror will get through regeneration, but not Indestructible. Additionally, if you have a creature that regenerates during combat before assigning damage, it will not assign any damage. (Attacking Troll Ascetic into Elvish Archers for example, or having your attacking Mire BoaShocked).
Additionally, the fact that this is a triggered ability means that it can be countered by anything that can counter a triggered ability. Though these are few and far between.
So basically, it's a strictly worse version of Indestructible, but more flavorful.

What's the difference between being Indestructible and Mossbridge Troll's "If Mossbridge Troll would be destroyed, regenerate it."
Regeneration - If destruction would happen, instead it doesn't (and some minor other stuff happens.)
Indestructibility - Destruction *can't* happen. It's impossible, and therefore illegal to cause it.
Actual rules:
Mossbridge Troll's ability means "If this creature would be destroyed, instead tap it, remove all damage from it, and remove it from combat." It's a replacement effect.
Indestructibility is a quality, and the rules hold that indestructible permanents can't be destroyed, in the same sense as that my Mosswort Bridge can't be enchanted by Psychic Possession.
Wildfire is incorrect.
NotTheOne doesn't say anything false.
fnord's illustration is accurate.
Burnenator is wrong.
And sorrel and yawg speak the Truth.
