Okay, you drop Tezzeret, with counter mana (from Tezzeret's untap ability) or pact in hand, and pass the turn.
I attack Tezzeret with creatures, Tezzeret dies. You just shot yourself in the foot pretty bad.
I think rather than drop him as early as possible, to go for the March of Machines style win, you probably want to gain board control and drop him mid to late game, so he actually survives a turn. At least make sure you have cryptic mana to tap opponents guys, etc.
I really like Tezzeret, but I think most people have no idea of how to actually use him yet.
Oh, and why the hell would you be running BOP in this deck over Chrome Mox?
