Actually, yea.. that sounds right. So even if they order it the other way, it still works. So that would mean you could play Bituminous Blast to get something from the pool, then cascade into something from the Bituminous Blast trigger. That new spell could trade for the Bituminous Blast in the pool now, which could cascade into something else.. ugh. Each time, they can decide whether they want to cascade first or trade for something in the pool first. This seems highly exploitable. I want to try it out now.
You play Bituminous Blast, knowledge pool triggers, cascade triggers, cascade resolves, you get a new spell from your deck like normal. Knowledge Pool does not trigger on the cascaded into spell because KP stipulates that it effects cards cast from the hand. The new spell resolves, then bituminous blast gets exiled and you pick from the pool.
However, if you play a second spell and trade it for Bituminous Blast, the blast's cascade effect will trigger a second time, which is in itself pretty good exploitation of the pool.

Situation: A three player game in which Player A controls a permanent owned by Player B from Knowledge Pool, and in future turns Player B is knocked out of the game. Players A and C continue the game. Player A controls and owns Knowledge Pool.
Question: Does Player A continue to control the permanent owned by Player B, Or does that card exit the game?

Short answer, no.
800.4a. When a player leaves the game, all objects (see rule 109) owned by that player leave the game
i am wondering because it seems that each individual knowledge pool has its own set of cards in it, what happens if someone bounces a pool, or flashes it(like with venser), when it comes back in does it start a new pool and the old cards are just locked out, or does it re-imprint 3 new cards each when it comes in and those go into the pool it had before

When Knowledge Pool gets bounced an is then later put back onto the battlefield, it starts a completely new pool and the old imprinted cards are all pretty much gone forever.
A control change will not make a new pool of cards. It has to actually leave the battlefield and come back, and simply changing controllers does not qualify.
Yes, Arcane Labratory results in no spells ever resolving. But only once it itself resolves and is on the battlefield. If the Pool is already in play, the Arcane Labratory will get sucked in just like everything else, and the "one per turn" effect won't apply until somebody gets it out.
IMO this should be stickied to the top of the rulings thread. I had to answer questions on this card ten separate times (same player, different rounds) on Friday, and this has really helped me learn the card and its intricate pattern of insanity.

Jace bounce was a -1. He could do it 3 times before he would die. Liliana can only do it once before having to do her +1. Overall very disappointed with her unless we get Madness.
Crap, you're right, she's not as good as one of the single most overpowered cards ever printed. Unplayable!

Good call. I should probably read the card, haha.
Thanx everyone!
