With Opalescense, they are enchantments, so Purphuros (for example) would become a 4/4, but wouldn't lose it's abilities. This applies whether or not they have devotion active or not. It would change their power and toughness.
With humility, it loses its "is not a creature" clause and becomes a 1/1 creature (correct me if I'm wrong on this) only if it had devotion to be affected. If it doesn't have devotion when Humility comes into play, it won't be affected until it gains devotion.

Correct/verified.

Correct on all points as well.
Note that devotion is not a characteristic, feature, aspect, or anything else of the God creatures. Rather, this is something of the player.
Purphuros, for instance, would become a creature when you have adequate devotion to red rather than when it does.
Still unsure if the OP wanted to know the effect of God+Humility+Opalessence or God+Humility and God+Opalessence. The results are drastically different.
Was wondering How a God Interacts with Opalescence and Humility Both when it doesn't have its Devotion Trigger and when it does.
It's Hip to be a Square
