When Steamflogger of the Month enters the battlefield, it assembles a Contraption for each Contraption you control. (To assemble a Contraption, put the top card of your Contraption deck onto one of your sprockets.
Well, Steamflogger of the Month assembles one contraption for each one you control. And Steamflogger gives you two instead of one whenever a rigger assembles a contraption. So you'd end up with four additional contraptions, for six total.
