Trostani Discordant's last ability reads, "At the beginning of your end step, each player gains control of all creatures they own."
How does that work with cards like In Bolas's Clutches? Isn't In Bolas's Clutches a static ability that causes the creature to be always and constantly stolen?
Trostani's ability triggers at end step, the ability resolves, then the static ability of In Bolas's Clutches just re-steals the creature?

In cases like this, it's timestamp order is the best determinant. If Trostani takes a creature back that had In Bolas's Clutches enchanting it, the enchantment remains, but no longer does anything. Therefore, once you get it back, it stays yours. It's similar to if we both cast In Bolas's Clutches on the same creature. Whichever one of us cast it last, controls the creature.
