Didn't the vorthoses point out that the stained glass is reminiscent of Benalia? Also Serra angels were never human. From a flavour perspective i have serious doubts it's real
Most of these things are true, but the part about Serran Angels is... complicated. There are two entities in the multiverse called Serra: one was a god, and the other was the planeswalker named after said deity. Both created angels, but each had a different mentality. The deity reincarnated dead heroes as angels, much like this card does. Serra the Planeswalker created angels with a biological mindset: whereas, say, Innistrad's angels simply exist and come into existence from seemingly nowhere (and this seems to be the norm across the multiverse and explains why most angels are female), Serra Planeswalker's angels are born, could be male or female, and were even known to intermarry with the humans who lived on Serra's plane. Presumably this means there are humans descended from angels on Dominaria after Urza imploded her realm.
So even if this is a fake, the person responsible actually knows the lore better than you might think. Ironically, that in itself could be interpreted as reason to believe this is fake.
And again the art on the fake card is falsely credited to Chris Rahn. (because that's how it's also falsely credited in the site with the full art.)
I'm not about to jump on calling this card real, but that blob of text could just as easily be Rallis as Rahn.
In fact, I tested recreating the blurred text using the correct font (it's a little rough because of perspective, but close enough for this) and it honestly looks closer to Rallis than to Rahn.
If the card is real it's definitely not bad, although there will be lots of
Player 1: "Combat?"
Player 2: "Kill it."
P1: "It dies, and I get a token."
P2: "Oh I meant during the main phase."
And scenarios like that.
You have always to make sure to be clear. If oponent says “going to combat, ok?” You say “wait” not “ok”
There will be some players going straight into combat by saying “combat” like u did but in those cases u have to say u want to kill it before

Quite, it's important to note that the rulings on combat phase changed last year to this:
“If the active player passes priority during their first main phase, the non-active player is assumed to be acting in beginning of combat unless they are affecting how or whether a beginning of combat ability triggers. However, if the non-active player takes no action, the active player has priority at the beginning of combat. Beginning of combat triggered abilities (even ones that target) may be announced after any non-active player action has resolved.”
In this case, since it IS important whether we are in the combat phase or not, it would be assumed that it would still be in the main phase (if I read this correctly).
I like this card, though I find it strongly pushed, especially for limited. I doubt it is real, since the artwork is already known, but if it is, it might be Modern playable (at least in D&T). Oh, and #27 (if I read correctly) seems like a low number for a white card starting with "S".
There is no angel in the art, thats something they wouldn't do nowadays, it should be a soldier. If this were an uncommon I would consider it.
Your point is valid. It IS something WotC tried hard not to do but it is not unheard of. Even in Standard right now, there are three cards off the top of my head that create tokens but do not have the token somewhere in the art - Doomed Dissenter (no zombie), Captain Lannery Storm (no treasure) and Elenda, the Dusk Rose (no vampire buddies).
Didn't the vorthoses point out that the stained glass is reminiscent of Benalia? Also Serra angels were never human. From a flavour perspective i have serious doubts it's real
And Benalia had a Church of Serra active slyly before Time Spiral. The primary religion before in Benalia is of Gabriel Angelfire, but without any mention back then in Time Spiral (which Serra had) and the resurgence of Serra's iconic floating isles somewhere in Benalia, I guess the Serran religion became more prominent (add to that, both Serran humans and Serra Angels from the Realm were dropped off in Dominaria too back in the invasion...)
There was also a subplot in Bloodlines (the Urza's Destiny novel) about Urza helping integrate the refugees from Serra's realm (which were rescued during the plane's collapse in Time Streams, the Urza's Legacy novel) into Benalian society. While I'm not arguing whether this card is fake or not, if Dominaria features Benalia in some way having Serran iconography wouldn't be that much of a stretch.
Ok, it has to die in combat. But it has vigilance, there is litterally no downside for attacking with it.
Edit : Forgot to quote
A voice of Resurgence you can kill at the end of your opponent's turn, that doesn't keep you from playing cantrips, or counter spells. It is pushed, but not absurd.

Except all you need to do is look at an actual card to know that with the correct font, there is no differentiation of height among the letters aside from the first ones in each name. And that a chris rallis card the names are of equal length, if not longer in the last name. It's fake.

Not taking either side in this, but Skudd doesn't appear to have used all caps in his recreation, whereas printed cards do (with the initial letter of a larger font than the rest). That could account for some of the variance. We'd need to see a version using all caps for proper comparison.
If it's fake, it's a pretty good fake. If it's real, it's a pretty nice card.
No way can they print this, the powerlevel is obscene. Slap it in anything white because control doesn't mind a card that trades and becomes a 4/4 flier and aggro doesn't care if it trades and becomes a 4/4 flier. Makes no sense.
And Combo will find a way to keep on churning out 4/4 flyers at least once per turn starting T2. T1, Viscera Seer. T2, this, proceed to combat, sac it, get an angel. T3, Claim // Fame, do it again?
In what format is that combo both legally playable and overpowered? Modern? I don't think so.
Seems fake because of the misattributed artist, but the card design is quite good. It's strong (much more so with instant-speed sacrifice outlets you can use in combat) but doesn't feel overpowered.

About the name, Skudd proved that the wrong name could be a thing caused by the blur and angle. So still on the maybe it is real, maybe it is not.
Rahn VS Rallis is impossible to figure out 100%. Players guessed wrong in the past about the lines under the textbox, claiming cards were fake while they weren't.
There's absolutely no clue that leads to thinking it's fake. This card is real to me 99%.

The problem with this spoiler is it comes from a blogger that already faked the Keldon Forgemaster. Sure the design is ok, but after the Forgemaster fail, I wouldn't trust this source anymore.

Mmmm, yeah. That does hamper any sort of credibility this spoiler might have had.

Viscera Seer is not standard legal. Are there other instant speed, zero-cost recurring sac outlets in standard? Claim//Fame only brings it back once, anyway. I'm not saying this card is weak, just that "it's fake because it's broken!" is an awful argument in this case.

Didn't the Viscera Seer, lol
I also don't think it is strong ( for standard yes, holding more or less some mid range strategies, but chupacabra, and almost all removal makes it trash ).

This is obviously not an Angel but a human that spawns one when it dies. And humans are definitely part of Serra's army (see Serra Ascendant, Serra Inquisitors, Serra Paladin and Serra Zealot). This is perfectly reasonable and fits with the names of mentioned cards.
The flavor text implies that the human creature becomes an angel when it dies in combat.
