The price of SC has been steadily dropping since the printing of Blazing Hope, so probably no need to reprint, and you will need to find another wincon.
Well the rumor going around is that the set has some seriously good cards in it since a few vendors started upping their pre-order prices, but it's all speculation. At this point I wouldn't be surprised if some insider information is going around some places.

What doesn't make any sense to me is why Wizards of the Coast/Hasbro are potentially setting themselves up for another class action lawsuit by using Jace, the Mind Sculptor to sell Masters 25 only to ban him again later in Modern so that the consumers who bought the set could actually sue Wizards of the Coast/Hasbro for fraudulence.
Then again they can just run Jace, the Mind Sculptor in other formats like EDH/Commander and Legacy while not having to worry about any potential backlash from consumers who feel like they got scammed by Wizards of the Coast/Hasbro. This is more of a credibility issue not just about losing consumer confidence like they already did with Iconic Masters where it's Mana Drain or bust.

Crucible of Worlds NEEDS to be in. I really hope (unrealistically) that they toss whatever model they have been using and use these REPRINT sets for things that desperately need REPRINTING. save the draft format above all else for cards we haven't seen before.
They can even do both! Reprinting Crucible, even if it doesn't fit perfectly into one of the "draft archetypes" they set for the format, is fine. Of course they'd probably make it a mythic.
Just about all the cards that need reprinting are going to be at rare to mythic level in the set. They might downshift some moderately in demand rares to uncommon if they aren't too problematic for drafting. Also, I could see them downshifting Hero of Bladehold to rare.

Iconic masters was perfect opportunity and they didn't put them in that. Plus that would have made the set even better
Ps I still think iconic masters was great master set ton of wanted reprints it was only bad for the draft environment you got to think all formats for these cards.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed they do something really insane on the top end and do Jace, the mind sculptor, Karn Liberated for Scars, and Liliana of the Veil for Innistrad block. It's probably not happening, but that would be pretty bonkers right there. Especially if they also stack the rare and uncommon slot.

It's a draft set so they can't overload the power level. I think we'll see Shock over Bolt, Counterspell will likely be there but we can see from a reprint like Murder (meh?) that we probably won't see the Leylines or other needed reprints. I hope to see Scapeshift in there, at the very least and maybe even Rishadan Port.
My faith in Wizards is flagging in these products though, so I expect a small number of needed reprints with some decent downgrades to Common for Pauper and some good favourites.
Overall, I don't think that Gavin, Mark and the others really know what they want from these sets. Players want reprints and understand the need for filler, but moving away from "Need" to "Theme" is really "meh". I hope they get Masters 25 right, but it will take a series of played, iconic cards spoiled to convince me.

Karn is out of the running due to phyrexian obliterator he came from the set "new phyrexia"
And for lili while possible but there is two problems one MM3 and two balefire dragon is probably are winner for "innistrad" set 1 of 3 I mean after all why didn't they print that dragon in iconic masters.

They don't have to limit the mythic slots, really. They said at least one card from each expert set, and they have room to go deeper on certain set if they want by a card or two. The better question is what is coming from the standard legal blocks right now, as I can't imagine them printing anything other than The Scarab God for HOU and maybe Glorybringer from Amonket. Also, urza lands are just an obvious target with this set.

I finnaly have a good wager
I think this is when we finally get are karrthus, tyrant of Jund reprint to present for "shards of Alana"
Holy smokes, I kind of forgot that set even existed. That's where Wild Nacatl and Blightning came from, along with Relic of Progenitus and so many other cards. I think there may actually be multiple cards from that block given how many of them are still relevant today. They've reprinted many of the cards already in some of the core sets later on. Also lets not forget that the Battlebond set coming out will probably have a ton of the big mana creatures from this block in it.

I am wondering based on Gavin's article today if one of the guiding principles of the set is "a world in which Craw Wurm is at common and is a defensible 7th-8th pick". That would imply a very slow format, as poor ol' Craw Dad has been badly outclassed in recent years (see: Colossal Dreadmaw, and that's just commons and doesn't account for nonsense like Terra Stomper, Primeval Titan, Carnage Tyrant, etc) and bodes poorly for seeing Path, StP, Snuff Out, Dismember, Counterspell, Capsize, and other unfun control cards at common or even uncommon.
At any rate, Craw Wurm is 110% in the set.
For everyone saying things like "there can be no Celestial Colonnade/Karn because Jace/Obliterator", that doesn't sound right. They are going to have at least one card from each set, but not all sets are equally nostalgic so I am sure some sets will have multiple cards. It's still possible we don't get Karn or Colonnade, because I am wagering that stuff from Alpha/Beta, the Mirage-Tempest-Urza's era, and the Ravnica-Time Spiral era will be overrepresented as being the most nostalgic and beloved periods in MtG history, but at 249 cards some sets HAVE to have more than one card in the set.
So, here's my honest best predictions of cards I think are a lock for each color:
The thing is the set can go either way because it's going to be the last masters set for a while and they could go all out with the value train in it. If there are two cards that are pretty likely to get a reprint if there is a black devotion theme going, it's going to be Liliana of the Veil and probably Dark Ritual. Unfortunately, I don't think we're going to see metal craft in the set as it would require a lot of slots to be taken up with artifacts and between Noble Hierarch and Birds of Paradise, I'm going to go with the birds being more iconic. We may see Cavern of Souls pop up again as well since it's not the first time that a card has been consecutively reprinted.

If Jace, the Mind Sculptor is in the set I'm expecting blue to be really strong on spells, so white might have cards like Thalia, Guardian of Thraben and Gaddock Teeg. Those would work well in the rare slots as I can't imagine legendary creatures getting downshifted. Also, Underworld Dreams would fit with mono-black devotion.

I'm not sure if Necromancy's oracle text fits on a card. Animate Dead was already a tight squeeze at 376 characters (442 with spaces). Necromancy is at 464 characters, (552 with spaces).
Hope they do print it though, it needs a reprint. Being in an English-only set probably helps its chances.
Filter lands and og dual manlands would be nice
Khans fetches could be okay, they're probably more likely to see a reprint then zendikar fetches, but I digress.
kolaghan's command would be nice too.
Chalice of the void and Engineered Explosives wouldn't be unreasonable to see as rares.
Some slivers would be cool.

So, here's my honest best predictions of cards I think are a lock for each color:
WHITE: Swords to Plowshares, Serra Angel, White Knight, Crusade/Honor of the Pure, Akroma, Angel of Wrath, Elite Vanguard or Savannah Lions (at common???), Day of Judgment, and a Rebels subtheme with Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero at rare or mythic. (Melissa DeTora has hinted that she is a massive Masques nerd and helped develop the set).
BLUE: Counterspell, Brainstorm, Force of Will, Lord of Atlantis supporting a light merfolk tribal subtheme, Stasis with new art. If Morph is a thing in the set, which is a possibility, than I expect blue to get the lion's share of it, but I can also see some sort of madness subtheme with Circular Logic, Merfolk Looter, Just the Wind, and Frantic Search making appearance.
BLACK: Demonic Tutor! Sengir Vampire, Black Knight, Necropotence (with original art, or new art evocative of it). Deepwood Ghoul as an underrated deep cut from Masques. Necromancy or Reanimate would be a great way to support a, well, reanimator draft archetype and provide some much-needed reprints along the way.
RED: Lightning Bolt and Fireblast (at uncommon), Imperial Recruiter (at mythic), Jackal Pup and Ironclaw Orcs at common, Shivan Dragon at rare. Expect Fiery Temper and Rummaging Goblin or Mad Prophet at common if Madness is a thing. Given the lack of #value, I could see Chandra, Torch of Defiance at mythic (I assume that everything up to Ixalan gets a representative card).
GREEN: Craw Wurm, Erhnam Djinn (at uncommon), Llanowar Elves, Nature's Lore. Hard to say what else. I think MAdness is a thing mostly so the dream of Wild Mongrel, Basking Rootwalla, and Arrogant Wurm can again terrorize people but they did that in Vintage masters online already so we'll see.
MULTI: Lightning Helix and some form of Bolas.
