The rule of thumb about slivers in a set is for slivers to be usuable in limited is there has be like quite a bit of the set has to be sliver related
Next is slivers always have “all slivers you control have” abilities Wether it’s on the field or hand
So what abilities could we expect from the slivers and which’s ones are gonna get reprinted
So far we have
Cascade (5-color legend for this one)
Unearth 2
ETB 1 damage to player or planeswalker
This creature deals combat damage to player put a +1/+1 counter on it
Haste and flying (in one sliver) t Draw a card then discard a card
Thanks to the changelings, they can get away with fewer slivers than they have had in previous sliver heavy sets. As for other abilities, anything from Khans of Tarkir block or earlier that is already in modern is a go, so...
I would not be surprised to see any of: Outlast, Raid, Delve, Intimidate, Monstrosity, Exalted, Devour, Evolve, Hexproof, Bloodrush, Morbid, Undying, Persist, Wither, Infect, and/or Kicker,
I mean, there are literally over 20 different mechanics for them to use that no sliver has yet to have, and that is not counting potential repeats.

It's about time for the reserved list to die, for the sake of Vintage and Legacy (And Commander).
imagining something like
puzzle-solving sliver 2ug
creature - sliver, uncommon
slivers have "4: adapt 2"
when a sliver adapts you may tap target permanent
2/2
although if Adapt isn't in the set they could template it really similarly with monstrous
You could Thalia Taxing, Cursecatcher taxing, Card Draw like Dormant, Loaming Shaman-esque effects, Review the top card of the library and if a sliver, you may cast it from the top of the library, Sylvan Messenger-esque

also the mandatory g 1/1 "Slivers are snow"
No mechanics later than Tarkir block. So Monstrous is more likely.
