They are getting shut down on mtg reddit. These are not normal leaks.
The arguments being used by the mod who publicly said they're shutting down the threads are, indeed, spot-on. Brazilian stores had to postpone, if my mind is not betraying me, the Guilds of Ravnica prerelease events because the packs were held by the customs, and that wasn't the first time it happened in this country. Recently, we had a container directed to our distributor released by the customs after being locked over a decade, which made stores get booster boxes and theme decks from Future Sight. Plus, it's indeed a couple days before April Fools, so everything posted then is sure to be misleading, one way or the other.
But I'm not sure r/magictcg is even interested in spoilers and such, because the feeling I get there is that all people do is showing-off and farm social media affirmation. It's been a while the heavy discussions towards leaks, fakes and such; and even during spoiler season, they're more interested on puns rather than any meaning of card discussion. The leak discussion usually happens in secondary MtG subreddits, such as r/mtgfinance - who probably had the largest discussion towards the Symbiotic Swarm deck leaks - and even so they happen under the warnings from their moderation team, specially because those leaks and fakes seldom reflect on anything in the market.
Those are certain the best reasons for it being fake
But it’s not 100% the nail in the coffin
The Godzilla not legendary one yes suspicious but if I recall correctly there are different versions of Godzilla so probably a different version for legendary
And if it were a April fools joke it would have Ben way closer than the images spawned
The one and only big points I give is I didn’t know extended art is unavailable in non English that a big iffy point right there but like I said I fully anticipated that it could be fake despite how good it is and if is best effort to date
It’s always important to have in your head despite the evidence call it fake until proven otherwise and yes can be real as well lesson learned from some rumors about the smash brothers games for honesty
If Brazil has slow customs, it makes sense Wizards would ship earlier than normal to make sure product actually got there for the event. That isn't really evidence of fakeness. Given that they haven't been proven fake in this many days means they're almost certainly confirmed even if some people hate them. In all my years here, I don't remember a single instance of a picture looking this relatively clear and not being proven fake in this much time if it were. Infact, I don't remember a single instance of a fake with art no one could find. The cards seem reasonable they actually fit with every hint we have despite there being a large list of them, collector numbers of promos are always after the set now, reminder text is often left off of special versions of cards since reminder text is for inexperienced players not experts that track down special bling, etc. I haven't seen one single argument that actually makes me doubt the authenticity of the cards and a very large number of people screaming fake isn't an argument. Now, I would believe it's an intentional Wizards marketing "leak" just like War of the Spark where we happened to have the special Gideon version leaked instead of the normal art to not spoil the story. Obviously, if someone has 4+ booster boxes, they could have spoiled the normal version of the cards with reminder text if they wanted and, infact, the whole set, minus possibly a couple mythics. I'd totally believe the story of how the cards ended up leaking for Theros and Ikoria is a load of horse *****, but the cards are pretty close to confirmed as far as I can see. Cycling even fits very well with giant monster set since it lets you do something with giant dudes clogging up your hand. They did the same trick in Alara and if the set really is multicolor, it also helps smooth mana. It's also very hard to fake a foil card. I've had my hands on numerous very nice proxy cards and you can totally tell.
As far as only available in English, that isn't an argument. Collector's boosters are a special limited edition print run and Wizards has a minimum number of a card they're willing to make. This is literally packaged inside of every single booster box in the world since it's a box topper. This is also the first set with normal sized card box toppers other than a limited run Masters set. There is no precident for box toppers in normal boxes other than oversized core set cards they did years ago, so we could just as well assume that box toppers will be printed in the language of the booster box.

Saw the edit That’s also reasonable
I could consider since it’s a box topper thy could do outside English and do it outside the United States
I just edited my post to cover that. Extended art cards aren't English exclusive. It's collector's boosters that are English and Japanese exclusive. There have been plenty of other promos with abnormal art that weren't just in English.

That’s sounds legit
Thepat moderator mistake the collector edition with this I have a hunch that art is comic book style from the collector booste reith the key art behemoth and the big red card creature with 6 eyes

Those aren't reasons for it being fake, but rather a way they found to protect the subreddit from discussions that might hurt its purpose - which is the right thing the moderation should have done. Even here, where almost everyone added to the discussion whether this is or isn't a fake, we got into pointless blogs, opinions that add nothing to the discussion and brash arguments; and this is the right place to discuss leaks, fakes and spoilers.
And if it were a April fools joke it would have Ben way closer than the images spawned
I don't think those are April Fools. I don't know how it's happening in other countries, but this COVID-19 quarantine is like an April Fools every day, because we need to verify every single piece of information that reaches us. It's almost like the date lost its meaning because the April Fools is all year round. Still, it's a protective measure from the moderators, which is just fine, because there are better places to discuss the matters. I first saw the cards with two names and immediately thought about Pokémon TCG-like evolutions using the Mutate mechanics. People thought they were certain fakes because Godzilla wasn't legendary. Now we brainstormed and selected the best theories for this being real - which confirms nothing, but just adds to the speculation.
It’s always important to have in your head despite the evidence call it fake until proven otherwise and yes can be real as well lesson learned from some rumors about the smash brothers games for honesty
And you're 100% right on this. It's just people is too arrogant and think about themselves highly despite forgetting this is an internet forum on the verge of irrelevance.

My favorite thing about MTG Salvation is the "Ignore User" feature.
I think the real cards are the ones that have the name in the second name box, and those are alternate cards given as box toppers. So those card may be real, I don't know.
so, if real, these are official "cosplay" versions of existing cards?
I like that term. Whatever official term they are going to have for this treatment will probably way worse. But cosplay version says it all so nicely and succinctly.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.
[thread=239793][Game] Level Up - Creature[/thread]
When Cocoon enters the battlefield, tap enchanted creature and put three pupa counters on Cocoon.
Enchanted creature doesn't untap during your untap step if Cocoon has a pupa counter on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a pupa counter from Cocoon. If you can't, sacrifice it, put a +1/+1 counter on enchanted creature, and that creature gains flying.
So errated
Enchant creature you control

Mutate <cost>: Choose a counter on another creature you control. Put a counter of the same type on this creature. Mutate only as a sorcery.
In a set with keyword counters, it would make sense, and if the definition is stretched a bit, it could be used as an alternate cost for a card as well (cast it and have it enter a battlefield with a counter).

The space Godzilla (brokkos) card saids you can cast it for its mutate cost from the graveyard
What we need to look out for in a couple of days the the real name of the creatures

That's why I mentioned it. I mean, this would fit with what mutations do in monster movies: either they just make the monster bigger (+1/+1 counters) or they give it an ability it didn't have before.
Also, the Cat cares about how many times it mutated... and that's a hint that mutation involves counters or other permanent markers somehow because if it didn't, it would cause memory problems.
Ok guys moment of truth this is what we are looking for
Brokkos, Apex of Eternity
2BGU (most likely, only 2BG shown)

Cycling 1G
When you cycle ~ put a trample counter on target creature you control
?/?
Huntmaster Tiger

Finally a good white villain quote: "So, do I ever re-evaluate my life choices? Never, because I know what I'm doing is a righteous cause."
Factions: Sleeping

Legendary Journey: Heroes & Planeswalkers

Question is will this be a one time thing or ammo for when they want to do it again so they can do crossover characters in blackborder

The enemy bicycle lands perhaps?
So discard rule 709.2c so when it gets two "flying counters" on it makes it a high flyer, give it three counters and it's in outer space.
