What will happen is this:
You cast the Counterpart, then Talrand's trigger goes on the stack.
The trigger resolves, creating a Drake.
The counterpart will resolve, and create a token copy of Talrand.
Then, the SBAs will be checked, and since there are two legendary creatures on the battlefield with the same name, and they will both be put in the graveyard.
Then the removal spell will fizzle for lack of a target
