Things I'm thinking about picking up... chime in if you have opinions...
Ready//Willing - Indestructability at instant speed for all permanents is good enough, but it also allows you to create the infinite feedback loop on Boros Reckoner with one card instead of two. At $1.50 I can't decide if there's enough room for growth.
Renounce the Guilds - In the current meta, it hits a LOT of targets of very high value at instant speed. Seems good in a lot of match-ups, but still not sure if there is enough profit potential for $1.50 buy in.
I'm already looking at nabbing Beck//Call and Plasm Capture and any opportunity, but the buy in is probably not great enough to warrant cash purchases.
I think that it does a good job of dodging Azorius Charm / Detention Sphere. It doesn't do a good job of dodging Mizzium Mortars, Supreme Verdict, Turn & Burn, or Terminus. In other words, there's more than enough removal to keep it in check. And Liliana of the Veil still exists in the format. That said, it does turn into massive lifegain swings, not too far from Wurmcoil Engine, albeit a bit harder to cast. I do think, however, that you shouldn't really be evaluating it as a 10/10 - if you always consider it a 4/4, you'll see that it's solid, but it should be in check for the most part. Don't expect this to be format defining in the same way as Sphinx's Revelation.
Of course I evaluate BBV at a 4/4, not at it's max potential, and did not insenuate that assumption at all. Many decks can't deal with BBV cause so many other cards need removal immediately. Also we have sin collector to rid ourselves of Wrath/instant/sorcery cards (maybe an uncommon sleeper). Liliana 2.0 is an issue earlier than BBV and is a threat for any one creature/player (not a strong arguement for not running BBV). Wizards has put many cards into the format that deal with Shinx's Revelation, thus it's still up in the air what will define the format with this set. BBV allows the stalemates of aggro games to end or give other decks a chance to gain life while holding off the hoard of enemies.

With regards to renounce the guilds... A lot depends on the prevalence of cheaper multi colored cards people can dump to it instead of your desired target. For example, I expect Sin Collector to see a good amount of play... and faster decks already have BTE. If they have those out then you're likely not going to hit what you want so decks might just stick with sweepers like supreme verdict. That said it's a powerful effect for the right cost in a color that doesn't get it often... so I think renounce the guilds is not a bad choice to try and pick up in trades. I'm just not sold on it being a power house either so I won't be buying into it. It will see some play but I just don't know if it will be enough.

You're analysis feels pretty spot on to me. It sums up why I'm hesitant to jump into it, but it just feels so much like Innocent Blood in the current meta that it's hard to think it won't have an impact.
Breaking/Entering. It can do some bonkers things with cascade in modern and certainly people will be brewing with it.
True, but I don't think it's better than Living End with regarding to cascading into things, nor is it better than Gifts Ungiven into Unburial Rites in regard to reanimating stuff. In Legacy, Hypergenesis and S&T are more consistent.
In other words, my prognosis isn't as bullish as yours.

I wouldn't necessarily call myself Bullish since I haven't bought the card. If it dipped into the 50 cent range I'd pull the trigger right now.
Of course, it should be said that casual player love their mill cards, and Glimpse the Unthinkable is retailing for close to $20...
If this is seen even as just an inferior* substitute, that could push this card into the $5 range in the long term, especially since this set won't be drafted in similar volumes to RTR or GTC (triple drafts, remember?).
(* I mean inferior in the economics sense - i.e. a poor man's substitute, not necessarily one which is worse objectively.)

I'm trying as hard as I can to dump the one I pulled right now because I'm certain standard alone he doesnt warrant his price.
