Having some trouble pricing a card. It's a Korean Reflecting Pool (Tempest) signed by Richard Garfield. Bought it a few years ago and was curious what it might be worth. On eBay I see a few Korean Reflecting Pools all going around 30, but can't tell how much the value is affected with his signature. Can only find like 5 cards on all of Ebay signed by him so it's hard to guesstimate. Anyone have any idea what the round about value of this currently is? Thanks!

It's not, really. If anything, it will be harder to sell the card as most Magic players want their cards untouched. The ones who do enjoy signatures will know that Garfield's sign isn't hard to come by, and even less collect non-artist sigs.
I wouldn't sell it for less, but I also wouldn't hold out for a premium by any means.
Hi, recently obtained a foil tez 2.0 miscut with foil mirran crusader showing on the bottom part; it shows upto half the letters of the mirran crusader, what can this be worth?

Hard to be accurate because these are quite rare, but if Tezzeret, Agent of BolasFoil is worth $30, this would likely be in the $60-$70 range.
What is an accepted general price value of staple Artist Proof cards. All are signed by the respective artists to ensure they are legit, as normal. One has an ink pen drawing on the back while others have blank backs.
Any guide to values or is it kinda a "what both players/collectors value it at" kinda thing?
Specific cards in question: Japanese (FBB) Mountain by Douglas Shuler, Tezzeret the Seeker (with hand drawn art on back), Sword of Fire and Ice, Sword of Feast and Famine, and Serum Visions.
EDIT: I think each card is 1/50, but I am not 100% on the Mountain.

I have a miscut silverblade paladin shifted almost to top of the card and you can are a small white circle where the next card would start.. Any idea of what it would be worth? Also have a primal surge basically the same way.

So quick background. I played magic since I was a little kid, had my own decent collection and eventually inherited a big collection(Legacy Staples, P9). I played with the legacy stuff, but just stored the P9 cause it was completely off my radar. A few years back I sold all my legacy stuff to pay for school. I'm getting back into the game and want to play legacy, but don't want to spend money I don't have. I am considering selling some of the P9 and then buying cards I could actually use, but I have no idea as far as value goes, or how to move them. I'm curious how much people think this is worth:
Brief background:
I inherited a big collecting a number of years back(legacy staples+ p9). I played legacy for a while, but just stored the P9 because vintage was off my radar. A few years ago I sold all the legacy stuff to pay for school, but held onto the p9. I'm getting back into magic and would like to start playing legacy again, but without spending money I don't have. I'm thinking of selling some of the p9 to get cards that I can actually use. That's why I'm wondering how much this guy is. It looks like its in pretty good condition for its age.
Depends on the buyer. Some people treat all signed cards as HP or even damaged. So, I would take a range from the cost of a Damaged Beta Lotus (around 2.3k) to a NM (around 3kish), depending on who is valuing the sigs.

I don't think either of those signatures are particulary rare, but I could be wrong. I certainly wouldn't sell/trade to someone who tried to tell me it was worth less because of the signatures. For a Lotus in that condition, the value shouldn't be affected either way unless to an autograph collector maybe.
I don't think the signatures are going to limit the number of buyers, since the price won't be affected all that much - the card isn't NM without the signatures. And, if someone is looking for a lotus for cube, it doesn't get much more pimp than a BB lotus with artist signature, and I'm guess the second is Garfields? So I think it's just a different set of target buyers than it would be for an unsigned unlimited one.
the market for such cards is a bit smaller than for a non-signed version...usually because garfield's signature is not very good looking. ballpark value on this one is tough without seeing the back of the card.
Send the card in for grading (PSA or the like). It will help boost buyer confidence and people can have a base price based on previously sold Lotuses with the same card grading.
btw, I hope you did not get the collection due to ill circumstances. But at least it did help pay for school.
How much?

Proofs are usually sold for $5-$10.

Getting a Chris Rush sig is getting harder and harder. The Lotus (and Lightning Bolt) are his most autographed cards but still.
The card looks played..Do you have a scan of the back (and maybe a better pic of the front...the light on the top is a bit of a problem).
I hope that helps somehow.
