Obviously I am biased as I write for their site, but you can call the store and they will rectify the situation quickly.
As for grading, Jon and Tristan do a really good job grading the cards, and I am surprised of the issues. Has anyone else experienced this? I have bought TONS of stuff and never had an issue.
I bought 8 "NM" beta Fogs a while ago, honestly I wasn't expecting real NM at 69 cents or whatever each, but yeah, NM not always NM on ChannelFireball.

I've had decent experiences with ChannelFireball each time I've ordered from them. Everything tends to ship in the condition advertised with the exception of foils. I haven't seen anything with major damage, but when I order a NM foil card, I don't expect to see scuff marks all over it. It's happened to me with multiple foils, and while it is not a dealbreaker, I'm not particularly pleased, either. Overall, though, ChannelFireball is a great place to buy from.
Just finished selling them what I figured out when I sent the cards in at $85.76 in cards (mostly just random legacy junk for $3-5 a pop). Well, while in transit they changed their prices positively on a few cards and they paid me the higher price. So I wound up with $137.55 instead after the store credit bonus.
I'm awaiting a shipment from them now and will get back to this thread when that happens.
I've placed like twenty or so orders with them, and I haven't really had any problems. One time they sent me 4 Steel somethings instead of Steel Overseers, but they just sent me the cards once they got the email, didn't ask me to mail back the random commons they sent or anything.
I've sold back to them as well, and some of my NMs have been a little further on the lightly played side and they've bought them at full price. None of the stuff they've sent me has ever been in too questionable of a condition, but again, if I'm going a little soft on the definition of NM, I can't really complain if they do too.
Also, their prices are way better than some of the other sites. CSI is less than a half hour's drive from me, but I can just pay the shipping from CFB (or not if I spend over $50) and come out better.
Bought a play set of Wastelands from them, and they came five days after purchase, and were in NM condition as advertised. I am willing to do business with them again.

Well obviously when you overpay on a card (that's already peaked and come back down) then there won't be any problems.
I'm from Italy and I made a few business (20 cards per time) with ChannelFireball. Only one time the cards didn't arrive to me. I asked explanation and I was refunded. No problem.
That said, I'd like to know if anybody ever bought cards from MtgChicago. I made four transations. The first three ok. The last one was never shipped to me (so it didn't arrive). It's been almost 3 months. I sent a tons of mail. I get back only one answer telling me that they were on shortage of baneslayer angel and that they would have bought mine on the weekend to be able to ship the entire order (20 cards). It was more than a month ago. I sent further mail but nobody ever answered me.
Due to real-life obligations, I am taking a long break from Magic which may include missing the local Legacy GP. Apologies for not being able to keep my threads updated.
I just received my massive NPH preorder + other stuff today.
I have to give Channel Fireball props. I preordered 8 copies of Mental Misstep at $1.49 before they raised it. Even though they said they have the right to limit preorders to 4 copies of a card, they shipped all 8. I'll definitely be going to them even more often than I have in the past.

it's my local store; i love the place. with some exceptions, it has the lowest prices on a lot of cards. i rarely shop anywhere else. then again it does help to not have to pay shipping
I received my latest ChannelFireball order the other day. All the cards came as advertised in Near Mint condition barring a Solemn Simulacrum that seemed borderline EX. They did great work overall though, and I definitely enjoy shopping through them.
Actually, I just got a rather odd email. Apparently the playset of Angelic Destinys I preordered shipped. The tracking number doesn't go anywhere, but that's still kinda odd.
I understand that the tracking number shouldn't go anywhere. I was saying that its odd to get an email with the subject line, "Your Order Has Shipped", three weeks before the product I ordered is due to be released, and blatantly untrue at that. Or at least, I hope its untrue.
I love Channel Fireball. Plain and simple, I've never had a problem with them, and when it had, it was solved in just about no time flat. For example, one time I ordered a Japanese Promo Path to Exile among other things and sent me an English one accidentally. I emailed them, and, within 24 hours, I had recieved notification that my Japanese PtE had shipped. Turns out, I got to keep the English one as well! I may not get as many problems as most because a lot of the time, when I order from them, I just go there to pick up my cards since I live close to them, but when I can't it's always nice to know that I can get my cards within a day or two since I live close by.
Anyone have any idea on their Foil cards grading? It doesn't say NM or SP beside any of their Foil cards. Was just looking to buy some EDH cards and some older ones and CFB are competitively priced.
Unless it says Played, the foils are NM. Compare on Marsh Flats.

Yep. Someone who used to work at their B&M counterpart once told me that they're VERY picky with foils. Because... who wants to pay extra to pimp out a deck with a beat up foil?
Hence, they have no lightly played foils. It's NM or played.

I'll be sad if people don't start calling The Chain Veil "Fleetwood Mac."
I once got a card for free because it's price was 0.00 or something haha. But in all honesty, they have pretty good prices on a lot of stuff and a good selection.
I'm a big fan of CFB. Their prices are very good for Standard staples. The processing/shipping speeds aren't great, but not really worse than any of the other major sites.
If their singles shipping prices were a bit lower (usually around 3 bucks), I'd buy more often. They offer free shipping on singles-only orders over $50, so that's usually the amount I purchase from them when I do an order.
is there anything really better than cfb? i mean, some cards they have seem a little overpriced, but almost everything seems lower than most other large stores.
btw, i've learned something over the years. if you order/buy cards under NM, a lot of times they will send you NM anyways. i just ordered 4 played enlightened tutors and there wasn't a scratch anywhere at all! on any of them!

It happens for sure. I've order many "played" condition cards that look close to NM/M.
CFB is definitely my 1st or 2nd big store option to buy cards. It takes about 6-7 business days to show up in my mailbox, which isn't as fast as some other sellers, but I've never had a problem quality-wise. And yes, popular cards are very competitively priced.
