typically a couple times a year (like 3-4), i dont think the discount has gone higher then 15/20 %. It used to be that they just had a flat out discount, but i guess a store credit bonus isnt bad either

Yeah, I've had good experiences on customer service with card kingdom. The only real downside is that you generally pay about 20% more when compared to the gorrilla in the room, TCGPlayer. However, I've lost cards in the mail from TCGPlayer sellers and have never had that happen on my orders from Card Kingdom, so if you are getting something expensive get it from Card Kingdom: Your sanity will thank you.

Bothered to create an account just to say some nice things about selling to Card Kingdom. I had an awesome experience selling an older set to them, receiving a very reasonable offer for the cards and getting tons of walk-through assistance in shipping from my buyer contact. I'd absolutely use them again!
Just sent in a large number of foils that never saw play, and were kept in perfect fits and a binder their entire life, and they listed a fair amount of them as excellent instead of near mint.
Not happy with that, but I guess that's going to be par for the course with any company looking to make a profit.
Other than that, it was an above average experience.
Replying to their e-mail for support does nothing. Still haven't heard back after a week even though a ticket was created.
Calling their customer support gets an immediate response and they were able to modify my sell order accordingly (added an extra card I meant to add during the sale).
I give them a 4 out of 5.
