Just bought a NM Beta Bayou from Card Kingdom. The service was excellent, I love the fact that orders over 200$ get free shipping (even overseas, I live in Norway) and most importantly: The card was truly beautiful. Definately NM. The price was pretty good too, at least compared to other shops (but obviously it cannot compete with a good deal on e-bay).
I HIGHLY recommend Card Kingdom.

I just got another order from them. They have some of the fastest turnaround of purchases as well as selling them cards around. When they say NM they mean NM. Same can not be said for other stores.
I'll chip into this since I do order fairly regularly with CK (compared to other online sites). CK has been nothing short of an amazing online retailer and here's why:
1) Shipping - Free shipping for orders over $200. For someone living out of US, this is great. CK ships using Priority Mailing, thus trackable and delivered door-to-door. This beats many other online retailers that sends using non-trackable normal mailing and still charges for it.
2) Customer service - Simply amazing and a highlight. Every query is responded to quickly and CK does go out of their way to please customers. All my emails so far has been responded by a Rishelle Short and she has been nothing but helpful and friendly. Kudos.
3) Card conditions - CK cards not only follows the conditions that they advertise, but very often - better. I've bought a lot of EX listed cards and when they come in, they're actually NM ones. Those are not only low priced cards but I've had 2x Candelabra sent to me NM when I bought EX ones.
Are there anything negative with CK? Yes and the only reason I don't ALWAYS buy from them is due to the lack of foil and premium cards that they stock. As an avid EDH player, pimp foils are important and for CK, they don't stock foil cards beyond some popular standard format cards.
For me I'd highly recommend CK to anyone that wished to buy online - especially those outside of US.
Now this is some serendipity with the post as much as Card Kingdom, but the $220 worth of cards I ordered six days ago, and were promptly mailed out have arrived at my house today.
Six days door to door across the Pacific Ocean is pretty good!
I know I've posted positive statements in this thread before, but I like to update to let people now their service is still top notch.

I'm curious as to which shipping method you chose. That is very fast if it was usps priority.

You're right, it's in a USPS 'Extremely Urgent Please rush to Address' package.
MY previous package from CK took 22 days to arrive which is a record for slowness, this week's was a record for speed. Given the last package was about $80 worth, if this is what you get for the free postage, I'll be ordering $200+ from now on!
I've ordered over $1000 from them in the last 3 months. Never had a single problem, and with every order above $200 they send it free on express shipping, taking only about 4-5 business days to arrive to Peru.
I have to say that I love their services as well. One thing made them one of my favorite stores though. The last time when I was making my order my friend put in the comment area "I Like Turtles". I didn't notice and completed my order. Next week when I got my package, it had a paper that said "we like turtles too!" and they had hand drawn a turtle on it. THAT was amazing to me and totally made my day.
New to the forums, so I hope this is posted in the right place...
I am looking for some advice. I submitted a sell order to Card Kingdom on 2/16/13 and mailed it using a priority mail flat rate cardboard envelope with delivery confirmation. The cards were carefully packaged in small stacks and each stack was placed in a small card bag and then bubble wrapped before being added to the envelope.
Delivery confirmation showed that the package arrived on Thursday 2/21/13 at roughly 9am. I emailed them a few days later to check on the status of the order since their website still showed the package as "Pending-Shipment in Route". I got a very polite response from them saying that the status will stay that way until my order is processed and it sometimes takes 2-5 business days to process. Fair enough.
This past weekend came and I still had not received any updates (6-7 business days at this point depending on how you count the days), so I sent them a follow up note. I received the following note from them this evening:
"Hi Phil,
I’m very sorry, your order was delivered to me at my desk and unfortunately it arrived here empty and torn. (See attachment). We are not responsible for damaged packages or missing products, but of course we will be happy to help you with an insurance claim if needed. Again, I’m very sorry that this happened to you, please let me know if you have further questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Rishelle
Card Kingdom"
I have attached pictures of envelope that they sent me. The sell order was for about $350 worth of cards. In hindsight, I guess I should have purchased insurance, but I have never had an issue with mail before so I did not think it would be necessary. Obviously I was wrong, but it is too late to do anything about that.
I don't understand how the post office could mark something as "delivered" when it was in this condition and completely empty. I tried calling Card Kingdom as soon as I got the email, but they were already closed for the night. I will call them tomorrow to see what they have to say.
Any advice? Is there anything I can do or am I pretty much out of luck?
Is CK legally allowed to charge sales tax on cards purchased with store credit? I remember sending them an email if they did charge tax, and they said yes, but my friend said that they aren't allowed to do that because store credit isn't legal tender.
Anyone have Card Kingdom phone number? They made a mistake with my order and they didn't reply to my mail I sent yesterday, so well, I want to contact them.
I couldn't find their phone number on their website or on Google. I need help
Thank you very much I called but it seems the person responsible was busy, I'm waiting for her to call me back. I just hope she will, I mean I wouldn't mind fixing this via email either but they didn't reply yet. Maybe I should give them a few days.

I usually don't hear back from an email for 2 business days, but once I do I've always been very happy with how they've handled it.
It's been over a week now since I mailed in 3 Mutavaults for store credit and still nothing. No replies to emails, just nothing. Are they always this incompetent?

No, they pay out faster than any other store I've seen.

Due to real-life obligations, I am taking a long break from Magic which may include missing the local Legacy GP. Apologies for not being able to keep my threads updated.

I concur.
And free shipping to AUSTRALIA on orders over $200 is always handy as well, a surcharge that would get pretty big elsewhere.
