I cant seem to find the mono U time warp deck here. Was hoping I could consult a primer or something but it seems like no one put one up. Any ideas? It wins by milling your Op after like taking tonnes of extra turns I think.
is there any way to tell how many people are playing this sort of deck? This is super cool and I'm glad that it could be part of the modern meta in some way.
Not sure how popular it is but I got blown out by it not too long ago when I was playing Jund, once they started going off there's really nothing you can do except watch them take a million turns while you sit there. I don't remember all the cards but I do remember howling mine and Jace Beleren being a part of it, cryptic command also was able to buy my opponent some time to begin comboing off and god forbid if they miracled temporal mastery.

It's not extremely popular. It went 4-0 in at least one daily and occasionally goes 3-1. The problem is that it is inherently weak to fast aggro and burn in particular which is very popular online.

Against infect things like Rapid Hybridization, Spell Pierce, and Unsummon are pretty good. The problem is that against infect you really need them to be 1 CMC and they can get around it with hexproof.
I find this deck is about the most vile deck to face I have ever seen in Modern. It is certainly beatable, that is not the issue, it is the fact that the wincon takes so long to kill you that last time I faced it online I sat around and for 23 minutes (chess clock, MTGO) waiting for my opponent to try and win. You might ask why I did not just concede, and there are two reasons:
1) Decks that seek to win by making their opponent concede are really the crappiest way of abusing your opponent and the game.
2) My opponent did not win. They timed out and I won, then complained to me that I was being a jerk by not conceding.
It is also not a deck that really needs a thread. It is a deck that any MTG player who has played more than a few years has made by themselves without any outside inspiration, so there seems to be little new to bring to the table.

I wouldn't say that cos until recently this deck could not have been made. There simply were not enough "time warp" effects that could curve out effectively. Beacon of Tomorrows costs 8 and screws with you by shuffling itself back in. It sort of needed Temporal Mastery to be complete.
Your opp was either being a jerk or just plain lousy. This deck takes 7 minutes tops to win once it combos out... well unless u have one of the big eldrazis in your deck then it would take much longer... in which case he should board in laboratory manic and win in 5 minutes anyway. it fact it shouldn't even take that long if you know your plan.
In other news, i concluded that the best sideboard against infect would be spellskite as someone mentioned as well as chalice of the void
I'm guessing the person you played had no idea what they were doing. It doesn't take more than a couple minutes to go off in the worst case and I don't consider that any worse than a control deck just wiping the board until the land aetherling.
Combos pretty consistently turn 5, but it CAN just straight up miss which i think happens one game. And yea really fast decks seem very hard for it with almost no interaction.
Not sure if it's helpful, but I've been running this deck for a little bit at this point and posted a primer. I currently am running the same list that the 4-0 MODO decklist was. Hopefully this helps anyone interested in running the deck:
Combo Finish
Cast Time-Walks -> Each additional turn results in you either:
1. Adding Loyalty to Jace Beleren until you get him to the point where you ultimate twice to mill their entire library.
2. Play Laboratory Maniac and draw out your library
3. Hardcast Emrakul, the Aeons Torn and roll with him.
Depends on the win condition that you run. I think that the Jace win condition is the most popular as it limits the amount of dead draws that the deck has (although without running one of the other two mainboard you auto-ff to TRON G1).

Well:
I extirpated Jace, so that was not an option
Unless you have several Mines in play by the time you go off then drawing Maniac, drawing more mines, and then drawing out your deck on MTGO takes a lot longer than 7min.
He had a single copy of an Eldrazi that was almost at the bottom.

IDEA: Walk the Aeons Deck
Time March
There are a few Owling Mine style threads as well, but that's not quite the same as this blue TurboTurn deck.
Just need to find the decklist.

Here's an example list for anyone looking:
4 Howling Mine
24 Island
2 Jace Beleren
1 Elixir of Immortality
4 Remand
4 Serum Visions
3 Sleight of Hand
2 Spell Snare
4 Temporal Mastery
4 Time Warp
4 Walk the Aeons
2 Gigadrowse
2 Aetherize
2 Hurkyl's Recall
2 Rapid Hybridization
2 Spell Pierce
2 Swan Song
2 Trickbind
so you're saying its totally sweet in real life?
Anyone can suggest a sideboard against infect?
