Hi everyone! I'm wanting to get into commander, and this deck with Doran will be my first. As such I need some help optimizing this for multiplayer games. It's treefolk tribal with a lot of regenerate and reach, and I want to use the regenerate aspect to enter into deals with other players.
First, I'm going to assume this is a budget list. I have to be honest, there are not enough decent treefolk to make a solid tribal deck. But if you're determined... With that in mind, I have some questions for you.
How tight is your budget?
How far do you want to take this deck?
How do you feel about I-Win combos?
How competitive is your play group?
What kind of decks do you normally see?
What kind of player are you?
How set are you on Treefolk Tribal?
Here's some general advice I can give without knowing anything beyond the deck list.

A kid at my local gameshop wanted to break a twenty.
"You got 2 tens?" he asked me.
"No, but I probably got 3 fives." I replied.
"Perfect!"
"You might want to check your math there."

To answer your questions, I'm looking to spend around $150 but no more than $200. As this is my first EDH deck I'd like to stick with it a while and keep improving it. Combos are nice, but I'm more about the sustain and politics than sudden game wins. My play group is pretty casual. I've seen many different types of decks thus far; some are combo based while others are straightforward. I'm a mostly casual player. And I'm not dead-set on Treefolk Tribal; in fact I realize now I need to make this not completely dependent on Doran being out.
ok, very tight budget. I'll assume for the moment that you mean that to apply to card you don't already have.
To clarify, when I asked what kind of player are you, I was referring to your player demographic (Timmy, Johnny, Spike, etc).
Timmy is essentially a stereotypical kid. He likes big creatures and hates downsides. He knows that big creatures are slow, so he looks for mana accel and ways to cheat the fatties in faster. If Timmy plays 10 games, he can go home happy winning only 3 of them, as long as they were on his terms.
Johnny is the combo player, he likes to find how the pieces fit together. It's all about assembling a machine and blowing out opponents in big flashy ways. If Johnny plays 10 games, he could go home happy winning only 3 of them so long as the wins were BIG and flashy.
Spike is the over-competitive tournament player. He likes winning, pure and simple. He doesn't care about downsides, bad manners, dirty tricks, or any of that stuff. To Spike, winning is fun and all is fair, for this is war. If Spike plays 10 games and wins 9 of them, he will go home rehashing that 1 loss.
From your list and comments (mainly your use of pain/shock lands and acceptance of Murmuring Bosk) I would probably characterize you as a Timmy/Spike hybrid leaning towards Timmy.
Have you been borrowing a deck from a friend to play EDH or are you going in blind?
If you're not going in blind, how often are sweepers seen?
Can I assume you have a good collection of standard staples?
Alright, enough questions. Down to the good stuff. I'm not going to build your deck for you. If I did that it wouldn't be your deck anymore. However, I can make recommendations for various things.
Combo Corner Cheat Tree + Runed Stalactite = At the beginning of your upkeep, if the top card of your library has a creature type, you may cast it for free

Add Hold the Gates. Oathsworn Giant is also good with Doran. Leyline of Vitality is also handy.
You need to have some more panic buttons. More sweepers.
You seem to have no tutoring, recommend you get some. Diabolic Tutor, Beseech the Queen, Demonic Collusion, Diabolic Revelation, and Increasing Ambition are all budget friendly.
You might also think about the vows: Duty, Wildness, and Malice. They kinda suck, but they can be useful as political tools.
Seriously, you don't have Cheat Tree in here? What were you thinking?
Get Sol Ring.
Yavimaya Hollow would be another arrow in your quiver of regen effects, but it might be hard to find and out of your budget.
Murmuring Bosk was made for this deck, literally.
How do you feel about Ensnaring Bridge? It might be bad from a political standpoint.
Lumberknot does not play well with Meekstone and Doran
You should probably think about cutting

Yavimaya Hollow is awesome; definitely including that! I knew about Murmuring Bosk but forgot to include it.
