so the inverse of power of fire would be something like... Enchanted creature has "T: this creature does not deal 1 damage to target creature or player."
Yah, what in the world is the opposite of a Power of Fire? ... ":symq:: Prevent the next 1 damage that would be dealt to target creature or player."?

That artwork is vaguely similar to Power of Fire's artwork but even if it's supposed to be some kind of nod, that doesn't mean it's the inverse. After all, power of fire was mono red. The "opposite" of that would be blue/white. The artwork, featuring an Elemental and a lot of flames, doesn't look to me. Maybe :symru:, but that wouldn't be an "inverse".
Maybe he's just preparing his hadouken/kamehameha wave, or he's'a chargin' his lazer.
Like:
Enchantment 2R
Enchant creature
Enchanted Creature has "T: Put a charge counter on it" and "T, remoave a charge counter from it, deal 2 damage to target creature or player." I'm'a firin' mah lazah!!!
EDIT: To be serious, though, it looks kinda like a blue-red hybrid.

Uh he's not, like I said before it's Cinder Pyromancer a mono-red creature.
Its 3 mana, its a creature, and its got the word pyromancer... it's a Tim. Or for those of you that don't understand the name. It's yet another variaton of Prodigal Sorcerer/Prodigal Pyromancer. If it isn't a Tim (or variation there of), I will be dumbfounded.

It'd be pretty cool as:
Cinder Tim (U/)(U/)(U/)
Creature - Elemental Shaman
T: Cinder Tim deals 1 damage to target creature or player. 3(U/), Q: Cinder Tim does 1 damage to target creature or player.
1/1
Powerful in Limited, to be sure, but fun.

They call me Hadoken 'cause I'm down-right fierce.
Alright Calories, I don't think they're going to understand that this card has a casting cost of 2 and one red, and they'll probably forget its a creature also.
Lash out's not in a set that focuses on allied color pairs.
I think you meant 'enemy' instead of 'allied'. While the set contained both enemy and allied color pairs, I get your point.
And it really doesn't mean much. Artwork coloring is not an end-all, be-all to a card's colors. One time it has worked was for the Planar Chaos Dragons.
On the other hand, we had the supposed Elf that turned out to be Mono-G, and the supposed Demigod that turned out :symug:.
We've seen blue-flamed Flamekin in the past. Just because it's in a set that has cards does not mean the card will have a ability.

Enchantment - Aura
Enchant Creature
Enchanted creature gains "T: Counter target instant".
@_@
lol. It really does seem like a cinder learned some blue trick. But the ability is kinda silly. Haha.

My guess. Actually works with our info.
Like how Lash Out had blue flames, and had a very Blue effect?
OK, then exactly what I said, but a creature instead of an enchantment.
Lash out's not in a set that focuses on allied color pairs.
