The folder names after 2.0 may not be identical (that's just what they are on my PC), but it should be pretty straightforward as there aren't any other sub-folders to click into except Data, which is not what you want. Once you're in that folder, you'll see a number of sub-folders, likely corresponding to different versions of the client. Find the most-recently modifed one (showing the "Date Modified" date in the folder is easiest), and that's the one you'll want to make changes to. The log.txt in this folder should be the most up-to-date file, as it logs all warnings and errors the game client comes across.
In there, you'll see the Audio folder with all the .wav files you can easily replace with your own.

in the mtgo beta client i can't find the "sounds" folder anywhere. I was wondering if anyone knows where it is by default.
