Disclaimer: I'm going to use the website's name to help protect other users from making the same mistakes I and other customers made. Please leave it there for this sake. I'm not looking to defame the business, I'm just hoping to prevent further headaches.
I have been frequenting MtgFanatic.com for nearly 10 years where I was once a moderator of their forum, promoted their business at Magic events, and even was on the payroll for a couple months doing some web work. It is not hard to see that I was a dedicated user of this website. If you could see my sale and order history, you would also see my dedication as a customer. Recently, I made a sale to MtgFanatic.com against my better judgment (but mostly because a recent purchase went through to them without a hitch) for nearly $500. It has been a month and I still do not have confirmation that they've even received my cards. To make matters worse, they will not respond to any inquiry through either their contact web-form or either of their customer service e-mails.
A handful of users have been posting similar woes on a thread at the website titled something along the lines of "DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE - SCAM!". Their transgressions range from not paying for sales to them and not sending their end of purchases from them. No one is able to reach them in any way shape or form.
I've been urging other members to contact the BBB, FTC, AG, and RipoffReport regarding this theft by MtgFanatic.com. After sending about 5 complaints to different agencies last week, a surprise message showed up on the homepage of MtgFanatic that read something like "We will be shut down until Friday and then we will begin shipping Eternal Masters". Friday has come and gone and that small ray of hope has dissipated. It looks as if we're on our own again, fighting for a resolution with this horrible merchant.
My question for the community is, what else can we do? Who else can I contact?

Thanks in advance. This is driving me nuts.
Anyway, just keep making the rounds, I can't think of anyone else.
