i enjoy the artice, but i dont know how much u have tested playing RDW
i have managed to foil out the deck, at first i made it due to needing to regain my collection. but wanted to play 1.5
i tested many versions of the deck and your list is alot like mine, but grim is too broken to take out
and i find keldons too slow and clunky
i dont know why you dont run 4 PRICE, they are too broken to not run
and yes grim can trade with a wild nicatal. block, b4 damage use gim and they trade....
goblin guide wins games, and feeds duel lands and fetch lands to the other player to make price better.
burn, is more a combo deck, then a agro deck. it needs to be played for the moment.....
The price of progresses were not as good when he wrote the article, as a lot of basic lands were being used. Now however, you are right, 4 is a good number. RUG and BUG lists are everywhere, and run no basics, price is amazing against them. He has commented to me recently that he is moving his number up to 4.

I realize this thread is a little old now, but (being somewhat new to Legacy) I had some questions about burn.
The first is what everyone thinks of Vexing Devil, it had not come out yet at the time this article was written and it seems to be getting decent use. On the other hand, as this article seeks to demonstrate, you do not want to be establishing much of any board position in mono red.
Secondly, regarding sideboard and what I am finding to be a bad matchup (though as I said I am inexperienced), what about Show and Tell/Sneak Attack decks that are popular now? I see them on MTGO all the time and have a lot of trouble. Thanks!
