Sorry to burst your bubble brah, that's you're beloved DOOM being mangled by squirrels.
Why are you pulling out silver age Doom? If its a power contest you need to pull out both characters when they're at the peak of their power. Doom at his peak would just look in Vader's direction and destroy the part of the galaxy the Empire's in.

Admittedly Monkey Joe helped kick Doom's ass.
"Doom often attributes his many defeats to his Doombots; perhaps the most humiliating case is when Squirrel Girl defeated a Doombot by sending her squirrels to chew apart the wiring in its armor."
Vader uses force to find doom, doom can't figure out where vader is, vader chokes doom to death with the force, long story short..... If doom fights vader he fights the force, I don't think doom can handle that much power

Weeeeeeell, as long as you are there you can check out when Doom takes over an alternate reality and gains the powers of Galactus and Beyonder.
Couldn't find the part where he took over make belief land, not that it did him a lot of good. But if you looked at the link you posted, its a laundry list of Doom's failures.

I'll bet doom is glad you're not his lawyer.
Doom would obviously represent himself.
Haven't really seen any Vader accomplishments.
He killed some children...? Seems like thats about it. Oh, he also threw an old man down a well.

To be fair, the old man was spewing Force lightning at the time. You try to throw an old guy down a well when he's actively electrocuting you and see how well you do.
Squirrel Girl beat a living planet. Squirrel Girl can beat anyone and anything just because that is her thing; she's an exaggeration of plot armor given to a superhero.

and Doom is an exaggeration of a Rick Roll. You think you're clicking on a video of a cute bunny...nope! Rick Roll'd. You thought you killed Dr Doom, but nope! DoomBot'd.
It seems that Dr Doom's only REAL power is the art of deception. He deceives his enemies into thinking that they are fighting him when they are actually fighting a DoomBot and he deceives his fanboys into thinking he actually has any significant powers.
He basically annihilated the universe, got bored, recreated the universe. Then he went to Earth and hid his powers in order to become a guiding figure to the people there (who had to re-evolve and rebuild civilization from scratch)
Alright. I don't entirely know too much about Dr. Doom, so I can't argue in his favor.
What I know is Star Wars and the sheer power of the Force.
When Anakin Skywalker is first turned to the Dark Side and becomes Vader, he's still 'the Chosen One'. Once he's in the suit, his movement, breathing, his very life, everything relys upon that suit. Except his ability to command the Force.
Vader can use the force to find the 'real' Dr. Doom. A being that powerful, couldn't hide himself from Vader nor any Jedi or Sith. And once Vader detects Doom's presence, he can affect him with the Force. Force grip, force choke, force drain, force corrupt. And he could do it from halfway across the galaxy.
Or he could go and face Doom, if he wanted. Using force Stealth, he could move undetected right to Doom's quarters and use Force lightning on him till he was a charred cinder. Turn him into confetti with his lightsaber.
I may be biased towards Vader, since it's more or less what I know best.
Since Darth Vader was the movie version everyone knows and loves, he'd be facing Dr. Doom the movie version.
doctor doom has a time machine, and pending on if your accounting for him being trained in magic by morgan laffay (mighty avenger comic) he's got far more capabilities that would allow him to out manuever vader.
though Jedi/Sith rendition of Dr. Doom would look kick ass.

Actually, it is Doctor Doom. It's one of the few Doom defeats not to be retconned to be a DoomBot.

Vader is basically a non-entity when you have giant space battles.
