First of all, this deck looks a tad on the slow side for Vintage, where you'll often die before playing a spell (as most of yours are 3 or more mana).
I'd recommend playing Legacy; as far as I can tell your deck is Legacy legal. Something along the lines of MonoW 'geddon Stax.
I would cut Darksteel Colossus as you have no way of powering it out early on, and it's not doing much for you. I would also cut the Stuffy Doll/Guilty Conscience combo, as it is far too slow for Eternal formats. Your Mishra's Factory/Mutavalt should be enough to kill your opponent if you gain control of the game. And if you don't wipe out their lands quickly with this deck, you're going to lose anyways.
Add 4 Wasteland, as it has great synergy with Crucible of Worlds. Drop the 4 Kor Haven, they're not going to stop creature beats. You need more sources of white mana, so cut 4 Urza's Factory (far too slow to matter) for 4 Flagstones of Trokair.
+4 Wrath of God
+4 Wasteland
+4 Flagstones of Trokair
+4 Plains
+4 Chalice of the Void
+4 Smokestack
-4 Stirring Wildwood
-4 Urza's Factory
-4 Kor Haven
-4 Darksteel Colossus
-4 Stuffy Doll
-4 Guilty Conscience
My guess is this is a legacy deck that was posted in the wrong area, or the OP wants to transition his Legacy deck into Vintage. It would help if the OP gave us more information (IE. Budget, Meta, Tournament play or Casual play, if tournament are proxies allowed). But seeing that the person only has 4 posts, this will probably be just another one hit wonder.

Elspeth and Jhoira rock my world.
Mox Diamond is legal in Vintage. Trinisphere however is restricted.
