As for the deck, you might consider 1x Tolarian Academy. I think Duress or Thoughtseize is far better then Inquisition Of Kozilek.

Force of Will would be good. Counterspell is probably better then some of your counters. Brainstorm,Ponder,Preordain to take place of the 3 Thirsts you have to dump. Or maybe Frantic Research.

For lands, add some more fetchs Polluted Delta is ideal, but any Blue fetch would help since you only have something to get swamps.

Tutors in the form of Demonic Tutor and Vampiric Tutor are great. Tinker or Transmute Artifact. Mystical Tutor aswell.

For the sideboard, I dont really know. You probably arent going to be playing this in a super competitive meta. So the board should just reflect what you see there. Lots of creatures and stuff, just play Damnation.

First of all, Seat of the Synod is restricted in Vintage (you can only have one). Then, run more Tezzies, preferably the 2.0 version. NOT four of both; it's awkward to be holding one in hand waiting for your opponent to kill the old one.
You're missing cards like Counterspell, maybe an Unsummon, the best Esper cards like Tidehollow Strix, and most importantly, CREATURES! The ONLY way to win is activate your one-of Tezzies final, and that's gonna be impossible. Umezawa's Jitte is really good, so is Loxodon Warhammer.

Seat is not restricted.

Are you talking about vintage or pauper?

Sol Ring, Lotus Petal and Mana Vault are all reasonably budget, they will all help accelerate you, are food for the Foundry and they are useful with whichever Tezzeret you play.

Odd comments about Counterspell, Unsummon, Jitte/Hammer and creatures in Vintage. These concepts are all relatively foreign to vintage, but maybe you mean: Counterspell = Counterspells in general, Unsummon = Bounce, Jitte/Hammer = something for more of a Zoo style build and Creatures = Lots of Thopter tokens.

The vintage restricted list is relatively easy, Thirst is restricted and Seat of Synod is not (but of course limited to 4).

Time Sieve + Open the Vaults + Glassdust Hulk

You can ramp into this combo pretty quickly with the Alara Reborn Borderposts and the Artifact Lands from the original Mirrodin set, and none of these cards will cost more than $1-$2 per playset. Master of Etherium works pretty well in this deck idea too.

Deck isnt even legal in vintage. OP hasnt taken the time to respond in anyway, shape, or form to all the commments given to him. Just another one hit wonder... Thread closed
