It seems to me that costs with monocolored hybrid symbols in them shouldn't have any WUBRG mana symbols, because that kind of defeats the purpose of allowing players to cast them with off-color mana, and also shouldn't have any generic mana symbols greater than 1, because it's just cleaner to reduce all groups of 2 to monocolored hybrid symbols to reward monocolored decks, which is kind of the point of the symbols in the first place.
