I take the Smoke Teller. It's just a bear mostly, which is good enough to face morphs. The ability is in our colors and if we have some mana to spare, knowing what that colorless 2/2 is is a worthwhile investment.
Set Adrift for me also. You really only have to delve 2 cards to get it into the realm of Griptide, and while it is not an instant, it can hit more and it can be cheaper than that card.
I'm not ready to commit to Sultai yet. I'll take the blue card to keep more open. Treasure Cruise solidifies one color for us. Green may end up a splash or a main color, same with black.
For me, the top contenders are Singing Bell Strike and Bitter Revelation. Seeing as we mst likely want to incorporate the Mauler in our final deck, of the two cards I choose the one that shares a color with it, Singing Bell Strike.
Sultai Charm for me. Many threats we want to deal with will be multicolored, but many will be monocolored, too. I'd usually like me a sweeper like Death Frenzy, but I expect way too many creatures in this format to survive a -2/-2 effect. Just look at he creatures in this pack to see what I mean.
