Baleful Strix seems too close to me at 2 mana, I'd rather see you run the other 2 zephyr sprites and something else. If you are disrupting their hand as heavily as you are you probably don't need more card advantage (from strix). FNS draws plenty of cards between NotDH and standstill.
In mono blue mistbind is a must as he can give you a huge tempo advantage, but since you are splashing you could probably get away with another answer for creatures.

favorable winds probably does deserve some testing in a very fairy heavy build. If I ran favorable winds I would definitely be running Zephyr Sprite. It might even be time for bitterblossom...
I haven't been satisfied with a list since MM was banned, do we need to move in a more aggro direction?
I was looking through the Avacyn Restored spoiler list and I came accross Cavern of Souls. Could we run this land to make our Spellstutter Sprite an uncounterable counter?
I don't see why not. If you are still running mutavault though that is a lot of non blue mana sources. Also getting Cloud of Faeries countered really stinks so I'd happily run this for that card too.

side it out game 2. Also no one ever expects to be dazed two or three times. Thats how I run daze late game anyways. Side it out if you aren't on the play.

I just don't understand how you are winning all these games without force of will, especially with Mental Misstep Banned. I feel really good about running 4 zephyr sprites, they make SSS much better (on the play its gg). I still haven't figured out what I like in the 4 MM slots best, I might try zephyr sprite + signal pest + ornithopter. I just imagined putting a counter in those slots.
I don't think you get enough mana for Pact often enough. Its just a dead card for so long. Very much a card for combo decks.

i may suggest this list, its a bit expensive, but still does not have FOW. this list was way back 2 years ago when i played FNS mono U, it can win. but it lacks the counter power with force of will
you can always add additional removals in place of brainstorm. but as you can see, ninja's and vensers are removals itself. so imo before, i wont need more.
You shouldn't be running fetches. You can't handle the life loss and you don't want to take the risk of getting a fetch stifled.

Is this Deck still playable in the current Meta without MMs?
MM hurts a lot, but since this will increase the popularity of combo, which we have a very strong game against, it'll still be competitive. That being said, I haven't had a chance to play without MM since it appeared.
