It really is the nice thing about having my entire cube proxied. I don't really care about theft or the cards getting scuffed up.
I'm actually currently working on another cube that is built to be so budget that sleeves don't make sense. I just bought 120 cards for it last night and it was $10 shipped.

How do Ultra pro perfect fits compare to KMC perfect fits? I know ultra pro sleeves suck but I'm hoping there isn't a huge difference in perfect fits. I would like to save ~25% on my perfect fit budget.

Well I would, but they only ship to US. Disappointing indeed!
You can always get it sent to me and I can ship it to you if you really want one. Though shipping something like this to NZ would probably be expensive.

I am thinking bout it picking it up for 500 double sleeved cube, 32 ea of basic land, but will that all fit?
or should I go with something bigger?
Is your cube already double sleeved? If so put it in an ordinary white longbox and measure how much space it will take to hold everything. If it's too long just shoot them an email. I had to get an extra inch of space when I got mine. They didn't charge me anything extra.

For something basic, try a white longbox; they aren't expensive, and they come in a variety of sizes.

This is what I did (for years). I used those cheap introduction deck boxes as dividers. An 800 card box will work for you. If you decide cube curating is something you want to do for the long haul you should look into getting a custom box later. They run in the realm of $30 and your cube is an investment that is worth much more than that.

It's currently pretty humid in Illinois. I have thrown a silica pack into my cube box to help.
My KMC sleeves are sticking together something awful due to this humidity.
