Well, I hadn't even considered this card before, so props for the thread. As it stands though, I can't really see myself running him as a 0/1. I think he has to be a 2/1 to be considered widely playable in cube, as he just does very little against control and nothing with no other creatures in play. Three creatures have to leave play for him to even hit for three damage, so a lot has to go right for him.
