I prefer canopy lands + mix of various other things over triomes unless you're going in on domain. I like the Horizon Canopy cycle of lands more than any other cycle besides actual fetch / dual / shock.
I agree with all of this. Horizon lands > Triomes, and Anchorage > Colonnade.

If I were forced into a situation where I can only run 1 uniform land cycle outside of fetch / dual / shock, I would snap pick a completed Horizon Canopy cycle.
You're getting very different results because the cards function very differently from one another. It depends entirely on what kinds of decks you're trying to support.
Unexpectedly Absent, and by a lot, IMO. Soul Partition did not play well for us at all, and Absent has been consistently great. I don't want to be playing a card disadvantage removal spell that can't even permanently remove the card I'm targeting.
If unpowered, Caretaker > Seedshark > Duelist > Skydiver

I assume Fable of the Mirror-Breaker is already in in some other capacity? Otherwise it would be pretty high on this list...
Tidehollow Sculler if you have specific combos to break up, otherwise Gerrard's Verdict for value.

At least, in powered anyways. In unpowered, I'd rank Trophy ahead of Decay. It's a good Magic card.
