This is exactly what happened for us tonight. We had a 4 player draft and 2 players were control. I didnt get a chance to see the VoR in action myself but the GW drafter said it was one of his MVP cards. This is most likely a card that will stick around just not sure if the final cut will be Loam Lion or Qasali. We took out the Lion tonight but I cant say if that was right call. When we draft 6+ players I feel theres more than enough artifact hate to go around but when we are 4 players it feels a tad low. The same seems true for the 1 drops as well but to a lesser extent.
Pridemage is so much more than Artifact hate, it's instant speed, enchantment hate, and a huge body. Loam Lion is much worse.
Not including hybrid I think Voice's only competition is Pride Mage, which largely depends on the board state (and match up). If you're not playing Voice its because you don't own one.
I'm not sold on this guy. I don't think you are going to get more than one token most of the time nor do I think it will ever get that big. If it does you were probably winning anyway. It can force some sub optimal plays and is good sweeper resistance, but Im not sure thats enough for me.
He's a 2/2 for 2 that forces your opponents to play their instants and creatures with flash at sorcery speed (unless they're removing him to blow up the board).
Then... he makes a Crusader of Odric when he dies.
If the token is a 2/2... and it probably will be a lot of the time (you only need one other dude to do this) then you've already got a TON of value from just 2 mana.
It's probably the best nonKitchen Finks GW card. Really gives it a push against control decks like Gaddock Teeg does but without a downside and with removal protection (it's a 2 mana dude with removal protection... wow). What more could you want?

Definitely a card you might play (with or against) wrong because of the huge text wall.
