the m10 duals and the innistrad duals after rotation will probably be a good adition.
For a budget list I agree, but I do want to point out that the checklands are really bad in this deck. They lead to some awful hands. That said, they're better than nothing.
Finally, I would consider both hex parasite and gavony township. The persist guys are really the backbone of the deck and many times you will not draw a pod, even with 4 of in the deck. Being able to just attack with a bunch of creatures and have them be super resilient to everything except PtE is just really good.
This is worth repeating. Just this past Friday I was playing Pod at FNM and played 12 games over 5 rounds. Despite running 4 pods I only drew it twice out of those 12 games. The deck has to be functional without it.
