Wow double soulshift! i was given a pleasant shock when i saw it. Very very original. Would be fun if they made one with converted mana cost 4 and Soulshift 3 Soulshift 3 etc.
I wouldn't be surprised if they did that with CMC 2 and 3 as well.
The thing I'm curious about is R&D's decision to use one instance of reminder text to refer to what appears to be 2 separate abilities. I mean, I have yet to see a card with the following rules text:
Flying, Haste (This creature may only be blocked by other creatures with flying and is unaffected by summoning sickness).
Yes, I know "unaffected by summoning sickness" is a bit archaic, but I think I've made my point. I guess the decision makes sense because both the abilities are the same in the case of the Garami. I can still see this causing some rules problems though, and possibly even more changes to the rules.
