That's ok, if this replaces BSA then it'll be overshadowed by the Titans also. Great idea Wotc.
same is true of the demon, who is an awesome card who could seen tons of play, but duh the grave titan overshadows him. I really hate M11 and M12- it really destroys the competitive environment from taking off and being original. Just another season of titans from what we've seen so far. But at least primeval won't have his toolbox and valakut
I absolutely HATE Angelic Destiny's art. I wasn't aware that we were playing a run-of-the-mill-Asian-Action-Adventure game. LOVE Moan of the Unhallowed's art. Wreath of Geists is also very cool. Looks like a highwayman.
I agree heartily, but I think we can survive one or two misplaced asian-action-adventure-game-pseudo-anime-arts. After all, we *have* been on a serious western setting rampage for a while. Phyrexia, Zendikar, now Inn shaping up to have architecture that all looks like the Cologne Cathedral. So if they want to chuck a few bright eyed anime girls inbetween my ZOMBIE PIRATES, sobeit. As long as we don't see Kamigawa for the next century.
I too await my zombie pirate brethren to take me home.
But yeah, that demon while quite competent can't see play while grave titan is around. I call this the titan effect- nicely designed and aggressively costed creatures that should define a meta become pretty dang useless due to the ultimate finishers in their colors being reprinted, which they of course can't even trade with, zzzzz. Whats kuldotha phoenix? Never heard of it either.
Its very nice, a black card that can *both* be a finisher *and* an arena to poop out card advantage- unlike the sphinx, its in a color that would need creatures that do exactly that. And ofc, what does a grave titan do? Poops out card advantage *and* is a finisher. Well.
Which is great, although my option may be a little slanted as I just started getting competitive when Odyssey was released.
Shame that means Obliterator won't drop in price as I can just FEEL suicide black on the bench getting pumped up and ready to go again.
I'd rather go for the 5 mana unblockable 4/4 that poops card advantage than the 5/5 unblockable for 4 tougher mana Arena on a stick is deceptively good. Its just a shame it comes down so late, unlike bob. But its actually quite playable

At least primeval will be a chump now
Sadly, grave titan is back too. Theres not enough room in

they sure look like they're on a boat though. I'll keep my hopes up!
