I don't....think......I don't understand the card first. Second I don't know how that interacts with the card before it to make it better. During combat before blockers are declared PFElemental comes into play. He has haste. You also get to put into play 10 candy creatures... and pretty much gain 10 life since you're going to sack them in response to their comes into play trigger unless for some reason your opponent has more candy than you do.
Could you explain how this combos with the previous card? I'll post one after the explanation.
