Fill the Void1C

Target opponent exile the top five cards of his or her library.
Search your library for an Eldrazi Processor creature card, reveal it and put it on the top of your library. Then shuffle your library.
was lurking and just ran across this. i friggin love this. even without the tutor effect. the flavor is just palpable. oh how i wish this was a real card. only way it could be better if it was "each opponent" for multiplayer purposes.
EDIT: I just remembered, this exact effect (sans tutor) is in my custom Rav block as a hybrid Dimir card, except the flavor wasn't nearly as good. So I'm totally stealing the name. Thanks!

Fuse (You may cast both halves of this card.)
Destroy target tapped creature.
Does Fuse work here as it seems it's intended? Seems like the timing would be off. Or am I just completely misunderstanding?
(what the heck happened in this game? When I used to take part, there was around 20 ppl playing every day!).
What Rudyard said. Also, the population/participation fluxuates. We seem to be at a record low. It's Emrakul's fault. But now that it's banned, we should see more activity.
Indighost, thank you for all of your work in the DCC. I think I speak for all of us when I say you're greatly appreciated here.
Flatline, don't screw this up.
I'm not sure how I'd screw this up but......challenge accepted.
I was kidding of course. If I could, I'd throw a rl polka party in honor of all the game hosts. BYOB of course. I'd provide the hotdogs and water. I have a pool too, big enough for six pairs of feet at once. So wear a bathing suit! (Theoretically.)
Magic the Gathering Offline (Mythic) 4
Sorcery
As you cast Magic the Gathering Offline, go to gatherer.wizards.com and on the SIMPLE tab, click or tap RANDOM CARD: View Card. Magic the Gathering Offline becomes a copy of the random card until it enters a hidden zone or becomes face down.
VOTES: IcariiFA, netn10, HM: Indighost (That's a funny name. It should be worded "...battlefield, you may destroy target creature with power less than ~'s power.")
Okay, I think I see what happened. The time of my post is 1/1/2017 12:36 a.m. I confused myself into thinking Reverso would count towards January since it was indeed January 1st when I posted it. I'm sad.
If Wizards did the franchise sets outside of competitive Magic, but made them have cards that could fit into a normal Magic deck (basically not make them goofy uncards), I don't see any reason why people would leave the game. People that aren't interested in a Star Wars set could just ignore it... I'm certainly not condoning a Star Wars block for Standard.
I could see crossover products that were done as box games with either fixed decks or a draftable card pool (cube) using only functional MTG reprints skinned with the franchise flavor. But not as something so similar that it would cannibalize Magic sales. Things like like card types, mana symbols, card frames, and such could remain the same or be customized for the franchise, but the colors and rules would remain the same.
I do wonder what they're thoughts are on this subject these days.

I can't host right now. This is the busiest time of year for me. I'm considering hosting March or April or May depending on my ducks.
I don't keep tabs on WotC like I used to, but some 18 years ago, Wizards stated they'll never muddy the Magic multiverse with crossover sets like Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, The Avengers, etc. Which of course means, they most certainly will. Of course it could be done, but it would be a dangerous gambit because they would most certainly lose a ton of their existing player base, and they may not gain as many long term players as they'd lose. I think if they were going to do it, they missed the fkn boat as the last 15 years has been absolutely PACKED with HUGE franchises - Star Wars, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Pirates of the Caribbean, Fifty Shades of Gray, Hunger Games, Marvel Universe, etc.
Of course there's many many market factors they they consider, but my main concern would be "where does it end?" I mean, we already have Cthulu Eldrazi as literally the biggest baddest mofos in the Magic multiverse. A game that's supposed to be about Dragons, Angels, Sphinxes, Knights, Wizards, etc - not Cthulu. (Which I completely f'n despise. I literally hate the cosmic horror trope and now it's in my face all the time. I will be surprised if I'm still playing a year from now.) But why stop there? They could do a set with automobiles and trains. Then a set with all of our favorite classic cartoons from Mickey Mouse, to Bugs Bunny, to Sponge Bob Square Pants.
Okay, I'm back. Sorry about that. In theory, it could be okay. And I really like fantasy sets based on franchises. And I think it would be awesome if you hosted a MCC or CCL - even if it's a Loony Toons challenge

I have to admit, I'm a little bummed that I lost by 1 point to a card that's been done 473568 times. 😭

Is there a reason this can't just be?

I'm with you. It's worse than Upheaval. And I love blue - love it - but even I know Cyclonic Rift is the opposite of fun. It should be banned.
