Am armed with a portal gun, whatever that is...
Have a Companion Cube as partner
FYI: The "Portal gun" and "Companion Cube" are from the acclaimed puzzle game simply called Portal. it was part of the Orange Box [Half-life 2/Portal/Team Fortress 2 bundle].

**since i don't know how to post an update using a dice roll- without changing the roll, i got:
85/38/9/12- meaning I have a flamethrower and my dependable Companion Cube in a cluttered city street [panick ensues after initial zombie attack] against a fast and strong zombie.
my odds- not too good, yet not completely hopeless. first off, since i'm facing a "fast and strong" zombie, i'm assuming one with minimal 'damage'... like both legs and arms intact, a 'healthy' zombie, if you may. instead of an ankle-biter type 'slow and weak' zombie [one with limited to no use of it's legs].
back to survival- using my flamethrower would only turn the fast and strong zombie into a FLAMING fast and strong zombie, so i resort to gaining the high ground [atop an overturned truck or something], then use my Companion Cube to brain the zombie. or i could rig the flamethrower into becoming a bomb, then i'd use it that way- though it wouldn't be a 'flamethrower' anymore.
if i could somehow make sure the zombie couldn't chase after me- like jumping a fence ala my Companion Cube [sorry buddy, but you're just a block]- then i could set the frigger afire and make my getaway.
I've also read both of Max Brook's books- The Ultimate Zombie Survival Guide and World War Z- so i may be overthinking my situation.
