Only moderately. For the words read issue, Caiaphas, you probably read your 500,000th word by the time you were around 8. I record between 1 to 1.2 million words a year and read a helluva lot more than that. Think about it in the way of books if you like. Bram Stoker's Dracula for instance, is almost exactly 160,000 words. (I recorded it two years ago.) How many novels have you read in your lifetime? I'd say that I've read, at a minimum, at least 150 million words in my life thus far.
