Thanks for the explanation, this leads me to another question though:
The deck does only run light disruption and a bunch of GW Creatures to fully pull on Wilt-Leaf Liege.
Doesn't do Big Zoo a better Job with this Gameplan?
I recognized that my list is a wild Mashup of all kinda-thing Abzan Stuff.
Workin' on a streamlined list for now and added Smiter + Wilt-Leaf Liege to go over the top.
Qasali Pridemage is a favorite of mine and has no real downside, so there's no particular reason to not include him.
The incentive is that we go into topdeck mode very fast and need ways to draw cards. Abzan Charm gives us that, along with removal and the ability to save creatures in combat or push two extra damage through.
Any better suggestions are more than welcome as this is the main issue this deck has always struggled with.
The one Thrunn is b/c I have one from a trade. Up'd the pridemages to a 4 of for greater chance/number of exalted triggers. And running avacyn's pilgrim to help hit white. The sideboard is mostly a hodge podge of what I have that may be helpful in different matchups. It looks really heavy on the creatures even for it being a creature centric deck, do the numbers look right?
A famous Mod here, mostly known for his superb Naya Builds, advices to opt for more aggression if you haven't got the right Cards.
So with this in mind you might try and fit in Loam Lion.
He is not great on his own, but ok'ish with Exalted trigger (Qasali Pridemage) and also fine with Liege.
I'm not a fan of Troll Ascetic too.
Maybe a dirt-cheap Fleecemane Lion fits the bill better.
You got even enough Dorks to constantly make him monstrous T4
Thrun is also a double-spliced sword.
It's great in certain Matchups, dead in some others.
A 2-of Brimaz, King of Oreskos is a tough ass beater and wins Games on his own if left unchecked.
Hope i could help here, 'cause i have been on the Budget train for years until now.

Trading Siege Rhino and Abrupt Decay for Wild Nacatl + Lightning Bolt looks like a promising change.

A question of mine regards the Discard package (IoK, Thoughtseize, Tidehollow Sculler):
Does this deck move away from it because the Meta is so much aggro'ish or is there another reason for this developement?

...pretty much

It's uncounterable thing is rarely relevant because Control is pretty much dead.
The Discard Clause is only relevant against Lili.
I got Lingering Souls and a bunch of discard to deal with her.
Also Elspeth, Knight-errant is the real deal vs. Control and Midrange.
It pumps, it spits tokens, it's my game-winner if not handled pretty soon.
Hatebears refers to Hatebear Creatures like Pridemage and Voice.

So i'm leaving my list here for now.
Still tweaking it, but help is appreciated.
3 Inquisition of Kozilek
2 Thoughtseize
2 Qasali Pridemage
2 Voice of Resurgence
1 Fleecemane Lion
2 Scavenging Ooze
2 Tidehollow Sculler
2 Courser of Kruphix
3 Lingering Souls
3 Siege Rhino
2 Elspeth, Knight-Errant
2 Abrupt Decay
3 Oath of Nissa
22 Lands
It's more kinda midrange with a bunch of Discard and Hatebears.
No Liege though, instead i opted for Elspeth, Knight-Errant for buffing Creatures.

Have you tested Oath of Nissa?
I'm still busy with putting my list together, but i tested Oath in Naya Zoo and it's a nice fixer.
