I have a hard time understanding why Lingering Souls matters against Elves. They go wide faster and can get big faster than you can. Even if they matter against Elves, that's far from the main decks I would be concerned with.
I think that's a terrible idea. If you cut the mana dorks, there's no reason to play this build over a traditional midrange deck (Rock, Jund, Abzan, Sultai). If I try something like this, I'm cutting Lingering Souls first. It is definitely the weakest card in the deck these days imo. By "fast decks," do you mean combo or hyper-aggressive decks?
Kitchen Finks is not a card that excites me but this is about as basic as Abzan Aggro/Midrange gets. I'm not sure you still want a full play set of Path to Exile if you're also going to play that many Assassin's Trophy, but I do like that combo of spells for my removal suite. I'm also certain Loxodon Hierarch is supposed to be Loxodon Smiter instead. Loxodon Hierarch doesn't really make sense to me. There are way better 4-cmc spells we could play while staying aggressive. That said, playing 1 or 2 wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. I just don't think it's a card that normally sees play in this shell.
It seems to me that this deck is mostly dead, and will never come back into Tier 1 or 2. Traditional Abzan / Jund are just better overall against a wider variety of decks, and barring a heavy Jund/Abazan with control meta, I just don't see this deck making a come back.
I've decided to sell all my Siege Rhino, Wilt Leaf, Souls, Voice of Resurgence ect. and trade into Abzan Company.
Is this a good move or should I trade it into regular Abzan instead?
Thoughts?
Shouldn't you ask in those forums? How are we supposed to gauge that for you?
While I love Abzan Liege (I ran it for quite some time) since it's mid-range, heavy on creatures, and is very flexible, the deck really feels like a stepping stone until you get your goyfs and LotVs. For a $1000 deck, I would've loved if it put up more results. Renegade Rallier does feel like a good card but might not be right in this deck. I haven't tested it though.
I very much like this deck against a midrange metagame. It gives Jund and Abzan fits at my LGS, and is slightly favored against Grixis Control. I don't really feel like the this deck is trying to do similar things to that deck.
As far as Renegade Rallier, it's a pretty decent utility spell. I've been trying one out for the last two weeks (I just put this back together over the last couple weeks). I've gotten a Gavony Township back that was blown up, a Voice of Resurgence against Grixis and a Ghost Quarter against Tron.
Is there currently a go-to list for someone picking this deck up?
Sorta. Kinda. Not really?
It's more like Todd Anderson's "Temur Box" for Modern if you're familiar with him or his "box." Instead, we have an "Abzan Box." We all pretty much pull from a general box of creatures that fit our theme. The creatures each of us use is largely based on what type of other decks we expect to see. Some cards are pretty much staples, such as Noble Hierarch and Siege Rhino. Others are really popular, such as Birds of Paradise and Kitchen Finks. I guess a better way to look at this is what kind of hate do you need for your expected metagame?

I have no idea what version you're talking about. Can you post or link to a deck list?
Removal. Cheap removal.

Good showing though.
