Relentless Dead is Bloodghast's final nail in the coffin, I think. I took out the Ghasts when I put in the combo, so I might try to fit it in but probably won't be able to.
If there are any more good madness cards in SoI, we could play a more madness-centric Dredgevine with more Lilis.

How come? Our creature engine of Vengevines and Gravecrawler goes through it, Looting goes through it, dredge goes through it, even Tasigur isn't affected by it at all.

I was very happy with my performance and my deck. I got lucky with my matchups, though. I didn't face Burn or Eldrazi, and faced Blue Tron once. I also didn't face linear matchups where my combo is necessary. I also felt that my play was pretty tight. I would've played my game three against Blue Tron different, but besides that, I think I played my deck to its full potential.
I edited this to make it shorter to scroll through and change how I sideboarded against Merfolk now that I remember correctly.
Thought I'd post here one more time and get input before I finalize my list for an unknown meta at SCG Regionals. By the way, who else will be at Regionals with Dredgevine?
Since the last time I posted this, I added the Varolz, the Scar-Striped and Death's Shadow combo. I was looking for something to make my deck faster against Burn and Zoo and I think this is what I need. The sideboard is untested, but the rest of the combo is for Burn, Tron, and Zoo, the Bloodghasts, Thoughtseizes, and the Murderous Cuts come in for the combo during grindier matchups. Radiant Flames are for the swarmier matchups (Small zoo and Company decks especially, and everything else is explainable.
I am testing Nyx Weaver because it isn't Splinterfright and it isn't Eternal Witness: it's both. If it's unchecked, then I can exile it for a Zombie, than it, Gravecrawler, and Vengevines come back. Otherwise, better that than a Lotleth Troll or Vengevine.
I'm leaning towards Gnaw to the Bone because I run less creatures and other cards are sometimes a greater priority (Liliana or Inquisition comes to mind). I chose Feed the Clan because Jund was running it and I also board out my Lootings against Burn (a free two life gained from sideboarding!). Maybe it's an extra two life gained from Looting away two creatures and then Gnawing.
So if I can't beat Karn or Ugin, than is there a card I should be bringing to speed myself up (also for Burn). I had Bloodghast in that slot, but you don't like it and it hasn't been performing well for me either.

I just cut a Stomping Ground for another basic Swamp and haven't tested it yet, so maybe I need another red source or fetch (I'm leaning towards another Bloodstained Mire). I've found Treetop Village to do a lot more good than harm as a one-of, so I feel like you might have been unlucky?
The sideboard is a recent creation and probably needs some refinement. Ancient Grudge was originally in my sideboard but I didn't feel I needed it. Out of Affinity, Damnation is better, while hitting Zoo and other decks that are faster than me. Grudge also doesn't hit Karn, Ugin, Ulamog, or Emrakul, and I have Murderous Cut and Liliana to deal with Wurmcoil. That's why I don't have Grudge in the sideboard.
I've been boarding out Looting versus Burn to gain me two life, so I don't want Gnaw to the Bone, so Feed the Clan seemed the best. Is that wrong? Should I have Gnaw?
Lastly, I've been on vacation so I haven't been able to test out the latest changes to this deck. If you drew the Nyx Weavers, how did they perform for you?

So I run a slightly different Dredgevine list, mainly running Liliana of the Veils instead of more aggro. Since I posted my last list, I have added red on one Blood Crypt for Faithless Lootings, but mostly the sideboard. While I have cut the Ancient Grudges that led me to red (since Affinity wasn't that bad for me and Fulminator Mage is better against Tron), Faithless Looting is absurd. Discarding one thing that comes back means you are even on cards and the flashback leads to so much inevitability. Here is my list, sorted by card type:
I am brewing a list slightly different to the stock list. It doesn't run red but instead plays more of a grindy game with Lilianas and discard. Here's the list.
