I now received the message on eBay about the foil sheet and the refunds, it appears that both items had the payments refunded but I’m only seeing a very small amount refunded on my bank account (only the tax for one of the boxes..). Anyone else happened the same?
Depends on how you paid for it. There are several steps if you used PayPal. Have you opened a claim? Or are just letting them work it out?
I didn’t even use PayPal for the payment so I don’t even know how it works just waiting for the money to be refunded or should I do something more?
In your purchase history, you should be able to select Open a Claim, and eBay will step in and resolve any unresolved issues. The eBay system is very supportive of buyers.

I have also received the message from eBay do consent the cancellation of the order but it’s only for one order, the other one for 2 boxes still shows on eBay has “Paid” the other is like “cancellation requested”.
So after the refund from PayPal and appearing on my bank account that the money was again made available is shows today that they took the money again, what? Also got the email and pm on eBay from them confirming the cancellation on the order. I have no words for this and am screenshooting everything so I sent a properly composed email do Wizards. What a terrible experience.

So i got and email this morning from PayPal saying that HasbroToyShop has refunded me 499,98 USD for my order of 2 boxes but i got another order for a single box separated but nothing more, here's the catch, i didn't pay via PayPal and now on my bank account it appears that they refunded all the money for the 3 boxes. What the actual ****.
Hasbro did not list more than 12000 items. the eBay counter just tracked 42k unique clicks on the buy it now button. This is not a Hasbro issue, this is an eBay issue.
As far as not being able to cancel orders, they only have 12000 boxes. Should they just keep all the money even though they cannot fill the orders? Of course not, so they should refund the people and notify them. They aren't getting more product, it was very clearly stated that "once it's gone, it's gone".
Then why did they relisted the item at least 2 more times?

I got one box on a separated order when they relisted the mythic edition for 4k+ units just in case my first didn't went through.
