Otherwise you can bring her out as soon as T3 in Standard with only 2 lands.
T1 - Land + 1cmc lfyer
T2 - Land + 1cmc flyer + 1cmc flyer
T3 - 1cmc flyer + Sephara, Sky's Blade
I'm trying to figure out the perspective on the two swords in the back. They look like they're supposed to be behind her, but they're in front of her wings, and her wings are spread to the sides...
looks almost as if they were painted after the art was finished, like WotC said: "cool, now can you add another couple swords?"
One thing is sure, tho: flying with those swords going around and not get your feathers cut must be hard.
EDIT: Looking at the art more closely. I wonder if she's the angel depicted in Force of Virtue?
She is another angel.
The one in force of virtue has white hair and the color of the wings is inverted (white on top, brown at the bottom) https://www.mtgpics.com/pics/art/mh1/010.jpg
Nicest thing yet is that by playing her for her alternate cost you have free mana to cover her from removal (most of the time anyway).
Love that...
On the other hand, can't wait to hear Desolator's opinion on her alternate cost, either it will be a hell of a rant or just "meh, you'll never be able to pay that in standard"
In Christmast land:
T1 Plains, 4xOrnithopter Sephara, Sky's Blade

I liked to do that with Shalai, Voice of Plenty

That's an angel I'm happy to build a deck around for.
