I'm not sure that this is a worse/better pride of clouds or not cause this wont count your opponents flyers(pride does), which can be somewhat relevant when trying to calculate damage but at the same time you dont have to upkeep the creation ability which locks down your mana during your turns so you can EOT token if you have resources.
I think ultimately it's worth not counting other players' flying creatures to have more flexibility in token generation (including making multiples per turn), but there are certainly going to be times where Pride is the more powerful. I like that the Sovereign isn't completely obsoleting Pride.
