Like for example in our bag of tricks we can do something like AottSS + Pull From Tomorrow OR Induced Amnesia for 7. But we not done.
If we have to play the long game we can do that. Paradoxical Outcome + The Mirari Conjecture + Card of our choice. One of the key factors with PO and TMC is they can keep each other alive. TMC has 3 saga counters? Use PO to recover it and then replay TMC which will recover PO. So what targets do we have here? Well we could for instance keep recovering Fumigate or Urza's Ruinous Blast. URB doesn't hit a lot of our things because they are either lands or legendarys.
But here is where it gets even nastier. We could do PO + TMC + Fall of the Thran + As Foretold to lock out the game until we can win from a position of power like with Approach of the Second Sun or making our opponents concede because they don't want to be locked out anymore. There is also nasty thing we could in which we Settle the Wreckage AND THEN Fall of the Thran in order to rip out more of the lands out of someones deck; best part is this is repeatable so we are now sitting on a tactical warhead to keep people off our lawns unless they want to lose quicker and be locked more often.
While this is all going we could have stuff like Metallurgic Summonings which is going to give us a 4/4 everytime we PO.
If allowed to exist on the board with nobody caring or noticing, As Foretold gets to be extremely gross. Like I'm talking we can just start casting our big spells once per our turn for FREE.
A really nifty little trick with PO + TMC is Zhalfirin Void and/or Sentinel Totem. As we can bounce either back, play it again, and get a cute scry 1(or 1+1) interaction which allows us to dig deeper. This is in addition to the Draw we get with Outcome.
Looks like we're brewing on similar lines, but you've definitely gotten more... creative. I'm currently restricting myself to stuff that's not in Dominaria, but I really like some of these Paradoxical Outcome lines you've come up with.
I'm not set on Mox Amber being all that good in Brawl for the same reason a lot of the moxen aren't good in regular EDH. When power level is low, they're frequently not worth it. Now if you were playing new Jhoira, it may do some work there...
I think Everdawn Champion is also some sweet defensive tech. Didn't really think about it!
I think that even though Wakening Sun's Avatar lines up poorly against Dinosaur tribal, it is the sort of card which will help your game plan against the rest. Because Teferi, Hero of Dominaria ultimate is essentially a win con on it's own, being able to clear the board for possible emblems is exactly what you want.

Yeah I started thinking of using Paradox + Conjecture as an engine of sorts. My mind sort of just went wild when thinking about it.
Baral, Chief of Compliance I will table for now. But he is worth an inclusion. Since the deck is very instant/sorcery heavy.
Mox Amber mostly just because mana rock. But I can see what you mean.
Consider the mox is going, frequently, not going to be a mana rock though. Most of your legendary stuff is CMC 4 which means, at best, it's a rock from 5 to 6 which is... kind of mediocre. I think Cultivators Caravan followed by Manalith are (aside from the shenanigans you're getting in to here) the best available rocks in Brawl right now.
Just being nit-picky, but I think Cultivator's Caravan is strictly better. It's the same card, but it can be a 5/5 sometimes. I guess it MIGHT get hit by something strange that doesn't hit Manalith, but I seriously doubt you're going to see a lot of Daring Demolitions running around...

Cultivaor's Caravan has similar problems to Mox Amber from my perspective. Not enough bodies to make it useful as I'm light on dudes.
How do we get there? Simple: We stall.

We aren't just sitting on our hands waiting for some bounty to come into our laps. We have Strategic Planning, Supreme Will, Search for Azcanta, Precognition Field, Teferi, Hero of Dominaria, Karn, Scion of Urza. We going to dig and dig until we find what we need.

IKR? With Everdawn Champion I was just thinking "I want something like a Fog Bank or a Guard Gomazoa to act as my annoying wall".
