So, I absolutely love Opposition, and it blends so well into Enchantress. The hard part I'm having is deciding exactly which cards to include. Thus, I come to you all for your opinions. So far, I have the following cards that I think will work
"I want to be a complete nerd with extra nerd sauce on top. I'm a nerd. Infinite nerd!"

- 4 confiscate : I'm afraid it comes to late, since you don't have that much mana-acceleration. Try to rely on words of wind for board control.
- 4 counterspell : Great card, but against the play of enchantress
- 4 standstill : Supercard, but again not very enchantresslike. You cannot cast it before your second turn. Great chance that your opponent will have a dominant board position before standstill comes into play. In that case, you'll need to break your standstill and give him a free ancestrall. Of course you are smarter than that, and you'll keep your standstill untill you have board position. But won't it become a "win more" card then?
- 2 mystic proportions : I'm not convinced. You should be able to use opposition for board dominance
- 1 worship : If you go for multiple sterling groves, you can use a "toolbox"-approach, with a limited number of golden bullets and multiple cards to find them.
+ 4 wild growth : Cheap and usefull mana accelartion. Fertile ground has a higher cc but give U-mana.
+ 4 exploration : Enchantress tends to draw into lots of land. This gives you an outlet.
+ x seal of removal : Great combo with words of wind. And cheap bounce against troublesome creatures.
EDIT; Oops on the wild growth. Sorry, must have overlooked it. I also agree that four explo's can be overkill, especially in a deck that can skip draws for bounce.
I agree with Quilt about what to take out. Although I see he suggested Wild Growth, which you have in your deck. I suggest
+1 each Word enchantment. Total of three each. I don't think that having the extra 2 enchantments is going to negatively effect you. And you should be able to get to them that much faster.
I think that 4 Exploration is a tad much. I'd say 3. It still gives you a good chance to grab one and I doubt that even with the amount of cards you be drawing that you'll need 4 in play.
The only problem that I have with a deck built like this is the lack of tech. I know you're looking to lock down the lands, but I think that a Seal of Cleansing x 2 might be a good idea, just in case.

You know, I'm pretty sure if there was ever a sex tape of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt that got leaked to the public, watching it would cure people of cancer. I'm ****ing serious. Either that or make their eyes bleed for they have seen the true face of God.
I'll have to disagree with you Sap bud. Wild growth provides mana accel and card advantage with the enchantress, which is pretty important for any enchantress deck.

I really like the Confiscates. Though they are late, they can take care of almost any threat, and draw me a card or two when cast. I've never been sad when drawing one of those.
I think you're right about the standstill. I like it, but it doesn't seem to fit as well as one would hope.

4 Enchantress's Presence
4 Opposition
4 Squirrel's Nest
4 Wild Growth
2 Words of Wilding (and the blue Words)
4 Confiscate
4 Standstill
2 Worship
4 Sterling Grove
2 Mystic Proportions
4 Birds of Paradise
4 Brainstorm
4 Counterspell
Obviously, this is way too large for making a cohesive deck. Any ideas of what to cut, or what I overlooked?

These are the decks that I have constructed, and are ready to play:
01. Ankh Sligh to be exact.
