Basically you want to get Baloths + Oracle out. With Oracle + Divining Top and the cards that shuffle my deck I can pretty much get like 15 Landfall of in a turn. Kodama's would be great in here. I would drop Vines for them but I'm worried about Path to Exile and Lightning Bolt and various other 1-for-1 removal spells that they would use on Oracle or Baloths =/
I believe that you'll need Fastbond to make your combo work correctly if you're looking to get a ton of land out in one turn.
"Oracle of Mul Daya doesn't change the times when you can play a land card from the top of your library. You can play a land only during your main phase when you have priority and the stack is empty. Doing so counts as one of your land plays for the turn (either your normal one, the additional one Oracle of Mul Daya grants you, or an additional one from some other effect)."
I would throw in 1x Oboro, Palace in the Clouds for lulz...if you can't find any land on top for whatever reason, at least you can bounce/play Oboro for free and make some tokens.
Are you telling me a 6/6 Beast, a 3/3 Elf, a 2/2 Elf, and 14 4/4 Beasts isn't a threat?
Well, one kill spell on your Baloths will ruin your day if you don't have Vines mana open. What about Vinelasher Kudzu as an early threat?
As others said, Oracle doesn't let you play lands from the top of your library as long as there is one on top. You can play up to 2 lands per turn. One, both or none of these two lands can be from the top of your library (resp. from your hand, resp. graveyard - when you have a Curcible of Worlds out), but not more than 2. The Oracle quote:

I however don't think that you need Fastbond to win with a Baltoh when you spit out up to two 4/4s per turn of yours. You don't need fourteen 4/4s to win a game.

I swear, if Top weren't banned, this would be in the competitive section
22 Forest
4 Khalni Garden
Creatures: 14
4 Oracle of Mul Daya
4 Llanowar Elves
3 Elvish Archdruid
3 Rampaging Baloths
4 Summoner's Pact
4 Harrow
4 Rampant Growth
4 Sensei's Divining Top
4 Vines of Vastwood

I was also thinking Omnath, Locus of Mana
I recently got mass bombed by Lava Spray. Ideas for counters?

Summer Bloom might be a nice addition to accel over the creature based mana sources, as well as some green utility lands, like Oran- Rief, the Vastwood, Mosswort Bridge, Treetop Village or Yavimaya Hollow.
The elves arent if you want to use them for mana (not very good early gAME THREATS)
You only have 3 baloth's and the combo you mentioned doesnt work
Against an aggro deck your creatures will quickly be outpaced and destroyed.
Against a control/burn deck your few creatures will be countered, burned or victims of removal.
will the day after tomorrow be today or yesterday?"
-Temporal Manipulation 101 final exam, Tolarian Academy
Well, it was fun while it lasted D:
Sorry I thought that ruling only meant that you can't play a Land during say the combat step.
Summer Bloom will be a welcome addition as well a Oran-Rief.
Well, it would have been plenty if the combo worked. Ideas for more threats then?
As someone suggested, Fastbond is a way the "combo" could work.
Khalni Heart Expedition can make for some great plays with Harrow as well.

I actually tried to make a landfall aggro deck with baloths and oracle, it was waaay too slow
Even exclusively running landfall critters, she's not that great. :/
I find naya beats a lot of fun, there you have path, lynx and geopede, more sacklands
My current version(pauper) is really fun. I'm actually looking for more ways to abuse Soul's fire. Kills on turn five
4 Steppe Lynx
4 Wild Nacatl
4 Plated Geopede
2 Goblin Bushwacker
4 Zektar Shrine Expedition
3 Harrow
4 Vines of Vastwood
2 Colossal Might
3 Soul's Fire
Don't have a sideboard yet, but I've only played it casually, so I don't know what I would board in :/
