Glad I finally won one of these. I had a few ideas in the back of my mind if I ever did get the chance, but I'm tossing those all out and going with a card I happen to stumble upon a few nights ago and forgot it even existed.
- Anyone can add one card per day (You may suggest up to four copies.).
- Remember to always explain your suggestions, even when they are obvious.
- Remember to always post the updated decklist, including votes at the end of your post. If you don't, any cards additions or votes in it will be ignored. (If you get 'nathed, you can edit your post.)
- This GMAD follows the announced banned/restricted list.
- Once the deck has clearly defined colors, avoid suggesting off-color cards unless there's really a good reason to splash for them.
- Decks will end up with 60 cards, unless there's a particular reason not to (f.e. building around Battle of Wits or format restrictions).
- The deck contains 40% basic lands from the beginning to ensure a playable deck. If you suggest a land, an according number of basics will be cut.
- Cards can be added until the list is 15 cards over the target size. From then on, cards can only be removed.
- You can vote to remove cards currently in the deck at any time. You have to explain all suggested cuts. A card with three negative votes is cut.
- A vote to keep a card cancels a vote to cut a card.

We will need other stuff to take advantage of the charge counters in case we don't draw a scepter early, so I will add 4x Lux Cannon. Very versatile card and also works great with voltaic key.
I've actually made a deck using the Scepter. There are so many cards to use, it's not even funny >.< I think I'm going to add 4x Power Conduit that way we can get a counter on the Scepter from the free activation of Lux Cannon. It also has a lot of synergy with other creatures that we could throw in here -hinthint-. Also voting to drop Contagion Clasp and Voltaic Key down to 2 a piece. They are nice cards, don't get me wrong, but imo, those spots could be used for something more useful. Also voting to up the count of the Scepter.
Although I cannot post a new addition, I think we're stacking this decklist a little too tightly. Do we really need FOUR titan forges and FOUR lux cannons? How are we gonna get these guys going that fast? I think we need a more stable early game. This deck would get eaten by aggro at the moment.
I am going to vote for the removal of 2 Titan Forge and 2 Clasps. Add some blockers. Possibly Ornithopter? Removal? I like Lux Cannon, but it's a bit slow...
Were only gonna need a maximum of one Rings of Brighthearth out so voting to reduce it to two copies.
I like blue here but think that the other color we dip into should be red, white, or black to give us access to sweepers, spot removal, and overall defense as right now any aggressive deck is likely to just stomp us, therefore I'll vote against Doubling Season.
Titan Forge and Lux Cannon are both a bit slow plus we only need one online to use em so voting to remove two of each.
For today I'm gonna add a pretty obvious card, one copy of Sol Ring.
I agree that titan forge should be dropped to 2 as it doesn't help a whole lot to have more than 1 out. Lux cannon I'm not sure about, it's really powerful and works fine with having more than 1 in play. If we have enough tutors (tinker, fabricate anyone?) I could see losing one or two. I also think Rings of Brighthearth should be dropped by 2 copies because again having more than 1 on the board gets mana intensive trying to copy all the abilities, and we should be able to tutor for it when needed. In fact just typing that now I can't imagine too many cases where youd want to tutor for the rings over something like the scepter, a key, or a charge counter creator, so maybe it'd be better to take them all out. for now i'll just vote to remove two. I'm also not a big fan of power conduit, it doesn't do enough by itself and I'd rather just have an energy chamber, coretapper or vedalken infuser instead, so I will vote against it.
so in summary thats a vote against 2 titan forges (3 total now) and a vote against 2 rings of brighthearth, and finally a vote against power conduit.
Vote to add 2 Everflowing Chalice. The mana we can get from giving this thing charge counters will be insane, Also, another vote to remove 2 Voltaic Key and 2 Lux Cannon. I don't like Power Conduit, but it may have a use so I'll leave it be.

There's no reason to put a $100 card in there because we have no B costs. Tezzeret The Seeker is MU. Why not just save that space for islands later?
