I'm on team "Save Debtors' Knell", though i feel obliged to point out that reanimation of the Rector is an unlikely scenario, because you have to remove him from the game to activate his effect... ...but i see it as a good win condition as well.

What is there to not agree with? It's not a matter of agreement, it's black and white. Brainstorm does not yield card advantage, plain and simple. That doesn't mean it isn't good, I love brainstorm, but a lot of people incorrectly think it's card advantage, which it clearly is not. Card quality advantage, yes. And yes, you're right, it is 100% better with library shuffle effects.

Yes that is kind of true, but that's really pretty pointless unless you have cards that care about drawing, like Psychosis Crawler or Lorescale Coatl. But anyways, I would still argue that draw and card advantage are the same thing, depending on how the words are used. If for example someone says "hey your deck needs more draw", do you think they mean something that nets more cards (like FoF), or something that cantrips (brainstorm)? I would assume they meant something that nets cards, but hey, that's just me.
Brainstorm + Pursuit of Knowledge is effectively "draw 5 cards"... repurpose the draw to fulfill the Pursuit, put two cards on top regardless, sac the pursuit, draw seven cards including the two you just topdecked.

Add 2 Decree of Silence. It's not as good anymore now that replenish has left the deck, but it's still fairly worthwhile. I'm really sad that people didn't see just how good replenish was going to be here.

Vote against Decree of Silence this just delays the game and we are in white and blue there are better ways to delay the game than wasting our Rector / Flash combo on tutoring this and we will never be able to hardcast it most likely, we should be focusing on Rector / Flashing up a combo or a win condition and not delay when were in white and blue and can delay with hard counters, removal, and our Wrath of God's
Also I've already voted against it so can't vote against it but would like to say that Opalescence is just horrible in this deck because 1) This deck isn't gonna have more than one or two enchantments out at a time most likely 2) Likely won't have more than ten enchantments total in it approximately 3)Were carrying four Wrath of God and 4) With so few enchantments it won't be a win condition but instead a liability as all it will do is make our enchantments more susceptible to removal.

Vote against Saprazzan Skerry never liked these lands and we can do better than this for our mana base
Vote against Serra's Sanctum this deck likely isn't gonna have more than one or two enchantments out at a time and more than 10 enchantments total in it.
Vote against Form of the Dragon I'd like to stick to white and blue enchantments, there are more than enough good white and blue enchantments to Rector for anyways
Vote against Decree of Silence this just delays the game and we are in white and blue there are better ways to delay the game than wasting our Rector / Flash combo on tutoring this and we will never be able to hardcast it most likely, we should be focusing on Rector / Flashing up a combo or a win condition and not delay when were in white and blue and can delay with hard counters, removal, and our Wrath of God's

Also I've already voted against it so can't vote against it but would like to say that Opalescence is just horrible in this deck because 1) This deck isn't gonna have more than one or two enchantments out at a time most likely 2) Likely won't have more than ten enchantments total in it approximately 3)Were carrying four Wrath of God and 4) With so few enchantments it won't be a win condition but instead a liability as all it will do is make our enchantments more susceptible to removal.
